JATIMTIMES - Akses utama menuju Perumahan Griyashanta , Kota Malang mendadak dibatasi dengan sistem buka-tutup portal , Selasa (21/7/2026). Kebijakan tersebut membuat sejumlah pengendara kebingungan karena tidak bisa melintas di luar jam operasional yang ditentukan.
Berdasarkan pantauan di lokasi, portal di pintu depan perumahan hanya dibuka pada pukul 06.00–08.00 WIB dan 15.00–17.00 WIB. Di luar waktu tersebut, akses ditutup, termasuk pada pukul 08.00–15.00 WIB dan 17.00–06.00 WIB.

Pemberitahuan mengenai jadwal tersebut tercantum dalam sebuah banner yang dipasang di sekitar portal. Namun, tidak terdapat penjelasan mengenai alasan akses utama perumahan itu diberlakukan sistem buka-tutup.
Sejumlah pengendara yang datang ke lokasi tampak berhenti dan menanyakan kondisi tersebut kepada petugas keamanan. Mereka mengaku tidak mengetahui adanya pembatasan akses sebelum tiba di depan portal.
Kebijakan tersebut juga berdampak pada pengemudi ojek online. Beberapa pengemudi terlihat harus memutar balik setelah mendapati akses utama Griyashanta tidak dapat dilalui.
Petugas keamanan kemudian mengarahkan pengendara yang hendak masuk melalui Jalan Candi Panggung. Akses menuju kawasan perumahan selanjutnya dapat ditempuh melalui jalur di sekitar Masjid Ramadhan.
Namun, petugas mengaku tidak mengetahui alasan di balik penutupan portal tersebut. Mereka menyebut hanya menjalankan arahan yang telah diberikan. “Kalau mau masuk lewat Masjid Ramadhan. Kalau alasan portal ditutup saya juga tidak tahu, kami hanya menjalankan arahan,” ujarnya.
Sebenarnya, pihak pengurus RW 12 Perumahan Griyashanta telah menerbitkan surat pemberitahuan penutupan portal. Namun sayangnya, meskipun juga berisi arahan jalur alternatif untuk menuju perumahan tersebut, surat yang diunggah di sosmed masih tak banyak diketahui.

"Tadi mau anter orderan di dalam (Perumahan Griyashanta), gak tahunya jalannya ditutup gabisa lewat. Jadi muter cari alternatif, gak tahu kalau ada di sosmed pengumumannya," ujar seorang pengendara ojek online, Hafizh.
Sebagai informasi, penutupan disinyalir berkaitan dengan terhubungnya jalan tembus di Jalan Soekarno-Hatta menuju Jalan Vinolia. Jalan tembus ini memang diketahui melintas di dalam Perumahan Griyashanta.
Sebagian warga diketahui masih ngotot menolak rencana pembangunan jalan tembus oleh Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang. Padahal, ruas jalan tersebut telah termasuk dalam fasilitas umum (fasum) yang berada dalam kewenangan Pemkot Malang.
