JATIMTIMES – Komitmen Pemerintah Kota Blitar dalam menuntaskan persoalan rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) mendapat dukungan penuh dari pemerintah pusat. Menteri Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PKP) Maruarar Sirait memutuskan menambah 444 unit Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) saat meninjau salah satu rumah penerima manfaat di Kelurahan Bendogerit, Kecamatan Sananwetan, Kota Blitar, Kamis (2/7/2026).
Keputusan tersebut diambil langsung setelah Menteri PKP menerima paparan mengenai kondisi RTLH di Kota Blitar . Penambahan bantuan itu melengkapi alokasi 300 unit BSPS dari Kementerian PKP, 86 unit bantuan melalui APBD Kota Blitar, dan 7 unit bantuan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Saat berdialog dengan jajaran Pemerintah Kota Blitar, Maruarar terlebih dahulu menanyakan jumlah rumah tidak layak huni yang masih tercatat di Kota Blitar.
Asisten Administrasi Umum Setda Kota Blitar sekaligus Plt Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Blitar Kusno menjelaskan, berdasarkan data yang dimiliki pemerintah daerah terdapat 837 rumah tidak layak huni.
"Dari Kementerian PKP mendapat bantuan 300 rumah. Dari APBD Kota Blitar 86 rumah, dan dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur 7 rumah," ujar Kusno.
Mendengar penjelasan tersebut, Maruarar kembali memastikan jumlah rumah yang masih belum tertangani.
"Berarti masih kurang berapa?" tanya Maruarar.
"Masih kurang 444 rumah," jawab Kusno.
Mendapat jawaban tersebut, Maruarar langsung meminta kesiapan jajaran kementerian untuk menuntaskan seluruh kebutuhan bantuan di Kota Blitar.
"Kalau 444 ini diperbaiki berarti sudah tidak ada lagi rumah tidak layak huni? Semuanya beres? Saya putuskan program bedah rumah dari Presiden Prabowo untuk masyarakat Kota Blitar kami tambahkan 444 unit. Kita jalankan program ini sebagai wujud sila kelima Pancasila, Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia," tegas Maruarar.
Tambahan 444 BSPS Tuntaskan RTLH Kota Blitar
Maruarar mengatakan, penambahan bantuan tersebut membuat total alokasi BSPS di Kota Blitar mencapai 744 unit. Pemerintah menargetkan seluruh pekerjaan dimulai pada 10 Juli 2026 dan selesai pada 10 Oktober 2026.
Menurutnya, Presiden Prabowo Subianto meminta seluruh jajaran kementerian bekerja cepat, turun langsung ke lapangan, serta menyelesaikan persoalan masyarakat secara tuntas tanpa menunda pekerjaan.
"Hari ini kita menyelesaikan rumah tidak layak huni secara tuntas di Kota Blitar. Presiden Prabowo meminta saya bekerja cepat, turun ke lapangan, dan langsung menyelesaikan masalah. Awalnya mendapat 300 titik, lalu kita tambahkan 444 sehingga total menjadi 744 rumah karena kita ingin tuntas. Tidak perlu bolak balik kalau bisa diselesaikan sekaligus," ujar Maruarar.

Ia menyebut, setiap rumah penerima BSPS memperoleh bantuan senilai Rp20 juta, dengan alokasi upah tukang sebesar Rp2,5 juta.
"Mulai 10 Juli 2026 dan selesai 10 Oktober 2026. Tahun ini harus selesai. Pegawai kami siap bekerja cepat," katanya.
Maruarar juga menyebut Kota Blitar menjadi daerah pertama di Jawa Timur yang ditargetkan menuntaskan seluruh rumah tidak layak huni melalui kolaborasi pemerintah pusat dan daerah.
"Berarti Kota Blitar adalah kota atau kabupaten pertama yang menyelesaikan rumah tidak layak huni di Jawa Timur. Saya sebagai pembantu Presiden diminta bekerja cepat dan tuntas. Selamat rakyat Jawa Timur menikmati program bedah rumah dari Bapak Presiden Prabowo," ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur Adhy Karyono mengapresiasi langkah percepatan yang dilakukan Kementerian PKP bersama Pemerintah Kota Blitar.
"Saya sangat senang. Tahun ini sebenarnya bantuan dari provinsi hanya 94 rumah untuk Kota Blitar. Dengan total 744 rumah ini berarti seluruh rumah tidak layak huni dapat diselesaikan. Berikutnya mungkin kita bisa berkonsentrasi membantu masyarakat yang belum memiliki rumah," kata Adhy.
Kunjungan Menteri PKP di Bendogerit juga diwarnai dialog dengan warga penerima manfaat. Salah satunya Mujiatun, warga Jalan Patimura, yang mengaku bersyukur rumahnya masuk dalam program BSPS.
"Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Bapak Presiden Prabowo dan Bapak Menteri atas bantuan ini. Terima kasih," ucap Mujiatun.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Maruarar meninjau langsung rumah milik Sulastri, salah satu penerima Program BSPS di Kelurahan Bendogerit. Sulastri bersama penerima bantuan lainnya memperoleh bantuan BSPS sebesar Rp20 juta per rumah yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hunian melalui perbaikan struktur bangunan, dinding, lantai, dan atap agar memenuhi standar rumah layak huni.
Usai meninjau lokasi BSPS di Kota Blitar, Menteri PKP melanjutkan agenda menghadiri kegiatan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Perumahan di Pendopo Ronggo Hadinegoro Kabupaten Blitar, kemudian meninjau pembangunan rumah bersubsidi skema Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) di Perumahan Griya Kanigoro Residence II, Kabupaten Blitar. Rangkaian kunjungan tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya pemerintah memperkuat akses masyarakat terhadap hunian layak, terjangkau, dan berkualitas melalui sinergi pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah.
