Floorball Kota Malang Bawa Pulang Dua Prestasi dari Kejurprov Jatim 2026

JATIMTIMES - Floorball Kota Malang kembali menunjukkan prestasi di tingkat provinsi. Kontingen Kota Malang berhasil membawa pulang dua penghargaan dalam Kejuaraan Provinsi (Kejurprov) Floorball Jawa Timur 2026.

Kejuaraan tersebut berlangsung di GOR Kanor, Bojonegoro, dan diikuti kontingen dari berbagai kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Timur. Ajang ini menjadi wadah bagi para atlet untuk mengukur kemampuan sekaligus memperkuat pembinaan floorball di tingkat daerah.

Dalam kompetisi tersebut, tim putri floorball Kota Malang berhasil meraih juara pertama kategori 3 on 3. Sementara tim putra berhasil menempati posisi ketiga pada kategori yang sama.

Ketua Asosiasi Floorball Indonesia (AFI) Kota Malang Suryadi menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap perjuangan para atlet yang telah tampil maksimal selama kompetisi. “Menjadi seorang atlet tidaklah mudah. Dibutuhkan kerja keras, kedisiplinan, pengorbanan, latihan yang panjang, serta mental yang kuat,” kata Suryadi.

Menurut dia, prestasi yang diraih dalam Kejurprov Floorball Jawa Timur 2026 menjadi hasil dari proses panjang yang dijalani para atlet. Perjuangan tersebut kemudian membuahkan hasil melalui capaian tim putri dan tim putra Kota Malang.

“Karena itu, kami sangat mengapresiasi perjuangan seluruh atlet yang telah memberikan penampilan terbaiknya,” ujarnya.

Suryadi menilai, hasil yang diraih dalam kejuaraan tersebut menjadi bukti bahwa atlet floorball Kota Malang memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing dengan kontingen dari daerah lain di Jawa Timur.

Persaingan dalam kejurprov tersebut juga memberikan pengalaman penting bagi para atlet. Mereka tidak hanya berupaya mengejar prestasi, tetapi juga mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menguji hasil latihan dalam kompetisi tingkat provinsi.

Raihan juara pertama tim putri dan posisi ketiga tim putra menjadi modal bagi AFI Kota Malang untuk terus memperkuat pembinaan. Hasil tersebut juga menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet pada kompetisi berikutnya.

Dengan dua prestasi yang berhasil dibawa pulang, floorball Kota Malang menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam persaingan olahraga floorball di Jawa Timur. Pembinaan dan latihan berkelanjutan diharapkan dapat membawa atlet Kota Malang meraih prestasi lebih tinggi pada ajang berikutnya.
