JATIMTIMES - Realisasi penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) Kota Malang terus menunjukkan tren menggembirakan. Hingga akhir Juni 2026, Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Malang berhasil membukukan penerimaan sebesar Rp34 miliar atau sekitar 46 persen dari target tahunan yang dipatok Rp73 miliar.

Meningkatnya capaian tersebut tidak lepas dari pelaksanaan program Sambang Kelurahan yang digagas Bapenda Kota Malang. Melalui layanan jemput bola ini, masyarakat dapat membayar PBB secara langsung di kantor kelurahan tanpa harus datang ke kantor Bapenda.

Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Bapenda Kota Malang M Sulthon mengatakan, sebelum program tersebut berjalan, realisasi penerimaan PBB masih relatif rendah. Kenaikan signifikan mulai terlihat sejak program Sambang Kelurahan diluncurkan pada pertengahan Mei 2026.

"Sepanjang Januari hingga Maret 2026, realisasi PBB Kota Malang baru mencapai sekitar Rp5 miliar," ujar Sulthon, Sabtu (11/7/2026).

Program Sambang Kelurahan mulai dilaksanakan pada 12 Mei 2026 dan dijadwalkan berlangsung hingga akhir Juli. Antusiasme masyarakat pun cukup tinggi, meski berbeda di setiap wilayah. Di Kecamatan Kedungkandang dan Sukun, jumlah warga yang memanfaatkan layanan pembayaran PBB bahkan bisa menembus lebih dari 100 orang dalam satu kegiatan. Sementara itu, jumlah wajib pajak yang datang di Kecamatan Klojen tercatat lebih sedikit.

Untuk semakin mendorong kepatuhan masyarakat, Bapenda juga menyiapkan apresiasi bagi wajib pajak yang melakukan pembayaran melalui program tersebut. Setiap transaksi disertai hadiah berupa minyak goreng dan gula pasir.

"Bulan Juli ini fokus Sambang Kelurahan di Kecamatan Lowokwaru dan Blimbing. Sebanyak 57 kelurahan akan kami datangi," terang Sulthon.

Selain menghadirkan layanan pembayaran secara langsung, Bapenda Kota Malang juga terus memperluas kanal pembayaran digital. Wajib pajak kini dapat mengecek besaran tagihan melalui layanan Paman E-SPPT Kota Malang, kemudian melakukan pembayaran menggunakan QRIS maupun melalui gerai ritel modern sehingga proses pembayaran menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis.

Sulthon menambahkan, target penerimaan PBB Kota Malang pada 2026 tetap dipertahankan sebesar Rp73 miliar atau sama seperti tahun sebelumnya. Target tersebut tidak berubah meskipun pemerintah telah menghapus kewajiban pembayaran PBB bagi wajib pajak dengan nilai tagihan di bawah Rp30 ribu.
