JATIMTIMES - Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan (Disparbud) Kabupaten Malang tampak antusias terkait rencana pengelolaan kawasan detinasi wisata Pasir Ngliyep di Desa Kedungsalam, Kecamatan Donomulyo, Kabupaten Malang yang akan melibatkan investor.
Salah satu investor yang berminat mengelola kawasan Pantai Ngliyep yakni Santerra de Laponte. Kepala Disparbud Kabupaten Malang Firmando Hasiholan Matondang menyampaikan, terkait rencana investor yang akan mengelola kawasan Pantai Ngliyep saat ini masih dalam tahap penjajakan.

Menurut Firmando, calon investor tersebut telah melakukan kajian awal terkait potensi-potensi dari Pantai Ngliyep yang dapat dikembangkan. Selain itu, pihaknya juga akan melakukan komunikasi lintas perangkat daerah untuk percepatan penerbitan izin pengelolaan kawasan Pantai Ngliyep yang saat ini masih dikelola oleh Perumda Jasa Yasa.
"Intinya investor datang, melihat, menghitung dan lain sebagainya. Akhirnya ditemukan potensi-potensi itu, tetapi datanya memang belum bisa dibuka ke publik," ungkap Firmando.
Pria yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabuapten Malang itu menuturkan, pihaknya berkomitmen akan membantu percepatan penerbitan izin pengelolaan kawasan Pantai Ngliyep yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
"Kami hanya memfasilitasi agar investasi itu bisa terjadi. Semakin banyak investor yang masuk tentu semakin bagus bagi Kabupaten Malang. Dengan anggaran yang ada, kami belum mampu menciptakan pengembangan yang lebih maksimal. Karena itu perlu ada investor," jelas Firmando.
Firmando menambahkan, keputusan akhir terkait pengelolaan kawasan Pantai Ngliyep tetap berada di tangan investor. Menurutnya, pihak investor akan mempertimbangkan berbagai hal. Mulai dari nilai investasi, hingga proyeksi keuntungan saat mengelola dan mengembangan kawasan Pantai Ngliyep.

Lebih lanjut, pihaknya berharap agar calon investor dapat bersedia mengelola Pantai Ngliyep atau destinasi wisata lainnya dengan memunculkan daya tarik wisata baru. Sehingga, dengan daya tarik wisata yang baru, akan mampu meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kabupaten Malang.
"Ketika wisatawan datang, tentu akan terjadi perputaran uang yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) dan menyejahterakan masyarakat Kabupaten Malang," tutup Firmando.
