JATIMTIMES – Wali Kota Batu Nurochman secara resmi melantik Alfi Nurhidayat sebagai Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) definitif Kota Batu pada Selasa (7/7/2026), di Gedung Graha Pancasila Balai Kotw Among Tani. Prosesi pengambilan sumpah janji jabatan ini sekaligus menyudahi teka-teki pengisian kursi tertinggi birokrasi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Batu.

Upacara pelantikan yang berlangsung khidmat pada siang hari ini dihadiri langsung oleh jajaran Forkopimda dari tiga wilayah di Malang Raya. Perwakilan pejabat teras dari Kota Malang dan Kabupaten Malang tampak hadir di lokasi acara untuk memberikan ucapan selamat secara langsung.

Pelantikan pria yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kota Batu ini menjadi jawaban atas misteri persaingan ketat trio kandidat terbaik atau 'Triple A'. Alfi Nurhidayat terpilih setelah menyisihkan dua nama kuat lainnya, yaitu Kepala Disperkim Arief As Siddiq dan Kepala Bapenda Mohammad Nur Adhim.

Wali Kota Batu Nurochman sebelumnya sempat memilih untuk menyimpan rapat-rapat keputusan final ini dari publik. Langkah tersebut sengaja diambil demi menjaga kondusivitas internal pemerintahan hingga momentum pelantikan resmi siap digelar hari ini.

"Kalau sudah waktunya pasti dikabari," ujar Nurochman diplomatis saat mengonfirmasi posisi sekda yang sempat mengambang beberapa waktu lalu.

Pantauan di lokasi upacara, prosesi pembacaan sumpah jabatan dipimpin langsung oleh Wali Kota Nurochman dan diikuti secara lantang oleh Alfi Nurhidayat di bawah kesaksian para rohaniwan serta pejabat eselon dua se-Kota Batu.

Kehadiran perwakilan Forkopimda Malang Raya dalam acara ini sekaligus memperkuat sinergi koordinasi antar-daerah di tingkat eks-Karesidenan. Usai sumpah jabatan diucapkan dan prosesi serah terima jabatan, Wali Kota Nurochman menyampaikan sambutan.

Resmi dilantik, Alfi Nurhidayat kini mengemban tugas sebagai panglima ASN di Kota Batu. Ia memikul tanggung jawab besar untuk mengoordinasikan seluruh kebijakan organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) serta merealisasikan program strategis pembangunan daerah.
