JATIMTIMES Hanindhito Himawan Pramana melakukan berbagai upaya membantu petani mengamankan pengairan lahan pertanian. Langkah ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk antisipasi musim kemarau panjang yang bisa mengancam produktivitas pertanian.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan (Dispertabun) Kabupaten Kediri Sukadi menyampaikan, pertanian menjadi salah satu bagian dari program prioritas bupati. Berbagai upaya dilakukan menjaga ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Kediri termasuk untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.

Sebagai bentuk antisipasi dampak musim kemarau, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri terus menjalin koordinasi dengan Pertamina maupun PLN. Dengan Pertamina ini fokus pada program penyediaan solar subsidi bagi petani, sedang dengan PLN fokus pada penyediaan jaringan listrik untuk program listrik masuk sawah melalui pemasangan sumur submersible.
“Kami dengan Pertamina selalu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi, bahwasanya terkait dengan kebutuhan solar ini, kami minta untuk petani diprioritaskan. Dengan PLN juga, terkait program sumur submersible itu karena butuh listrik besar,” katanya.
Untuk memudahkan petani mendapatkan BBM subsidi khususnya solar untuk kebutuhan pertanian, kepengurusan surat rekomendasi diakui Sukadi kini semakin dipercepat. Sebelumnya, petani harus mengurus ke Dispertabun baru mendapatkan barcode untuk pembelian, kini petani cukup dengan melapor ke PPL.
PPL inilah yang akan membantu mengurus rekomendasi ke Dispertabun. Setelah dokumen dinyatakan lengkap termasuk surat keterangan dari pemerintah desa rekomendasi dari Dispertabun diakui akan dikeluarkan pada hari itu juga.
“Rekom dari kami, hari itu juga kita akan kirim ke PPL untuk dicetak dan dikirimkan ke petani. Jadi sehari, mereka sudah bisa mendapatkan barcode solar bersubsidi,” terangnya.
Pun untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi itu semakin mudah, pengawasan tetap dilakukan untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan penggunaan BBM Subsidi. Adapun penggunaan BBM Bersubsidi itu untuk diesel pompa air maupun untuk operasional Alsintan lain.
Kemudian, untuk membantu pengairan lahan, tahun 2026 ini akan dibangun sumur submersible baik bersumber dari anggaran pemerintah pusat maupun daerah. Tak tanggung-tanggung, bantuan pembangunan akan dilakukan sekitar 380 titik untuk kelompok-kelompok tani yang ada di Kabupaten Kediri.

“Kami dengan PLN Kediri maupun Mojokerto kami selalu berkomunikasi, berkoordinasi terkait kebutuhan petani masalah listrik untuk diprioritaskan,” ucapnya.
Selain langkah-langkah itu, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri juga membantu dalam mengurangi biaya produksi dengan pemberian benih. Tahun ini, bantuan benih jagung bahkan disalurkan sebanyak 200 ton yang diperuntukkan untuk luasan lahan 13.300 hektare.
Saat penyaluran secara simbolis bagi kelompok tani pada akhir Juni 2026 lalu, Mas Dhito, sapaan akrab Bupati Kediri menyatakan, tahun ini bantuan Alsintan bagi petani akan kembali disalurkan untuk membantu petani dalam mengolah lahan pertanian.
"Kita tidak berhenti di sini, karena setelah benih kita masih memiliki bantuan nanti Alsintan, jumlahnya nanti ditunggu saja," kata Mas Dhito.(adv)
