Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Gencarkan Gerakan Ayah Antar Anak ke Sekolah

JATIMTIMES -  Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana (Dinsos-P3AP2KB) Kota Malang menggencarkan Gerakan Ayah Mengantar Anak di Hari Pertama Masuk Sekolah (GAMAS) pada momentum Hari Keluarga Nasional (Harganas) tahun 2026.

Kepala Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang Donny Sandito Widoyoko menyampaikan, GAMAS merupakan gerakan yang menjadi salah satu tindak lanjut dari Harganas tahun 2026 yang setiap tahun diperingati pada tanggal 29 Juni.

Donny mengatakan, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang akan menerbitkan surat imbauan melalui sekretaris daerah (sekda) agar para ayah di Kota Malang dapat mengantar anaknya pada hari pertama masuk sekolah di tahun ajaran 2026/2027.

"Harapannya ayah bisa mengantar anaknya pada saat pertama  masuk sekolah di tahun ajaran baru nanti. Ini menjadi salah satu rangkaian peringatan Harganas 2026," ungkap Donny.

Selain melalui surat imbauan sekda Kota Malang, Dinsos-P3AP2KB juga berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya peran ayah dalam keluarga dengan melibatkan para Duta Generasi Berencana (GENRE) Kota Malang. Kegiatan sosialisasi akan dilakukan melalui berbagai platform media, termasuk publikasi di media sosial resmi Dinsos-P3AP2KB Kota Malang maupun Pemkot Malang.

"Terkait dengan peran pengasuhan ayah di keluarga, kami mungkin akan menggencarkan edukasi melalui flyer-flyer di media sosial instagram kami. Mulai Senin kemarin kami gencarkan sosialisasi dan promosi gerakan GAMAS dalam rangka peringatan Harganas itu," jelas Donny.

Pria yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai kepala Bagian Humas (sekarang Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan) Sekretariat Daerah Kota Malang ini menyebutkan, keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan anak memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak.

Ia menegaskan, kehadiran sosok ayah tidak hanya dibutuhkan sebagai pencari nafkah, tetapi juga sebagai pendamping dalam proses pendidikan dan pengasuhan anak di lingkungan keluarga. "Peran ayah bukan hanya bekerja mencari nafkah, tetapi juga mendampingi anak belajar, mengikuti proses pendidikannya, termasuk mengantar anak ke sekolah," ujar Donny.

Lebih lanjut, pihaknya sangat yakin gerakan GAMAS dapat diikuti oleh banyak keluarga di Kota Malang. Pasalnya, sebagian besar sekolah memulai kegiatan belajar pada pukul 07.00 WIB. Sedangkan untuk jam kerja pada umumnya dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB. Sehingga masih memungkinkan bagi para ayah untuk mengantar anak terlebih dahulu ke sekolah.

Selain itu, ia berharap agar para ayah di Kota Malang dapat melaksanakan gerakan GAMAS secara serentak dan konsisten. Pasalnya, sering disinggung oleh Menteri Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Keluarga/Kepala Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Wihaji terkait fenomena fatherless atau ketidakhadiran sosok ayah dalam pengasuhan anak terus mengalami peningkatan.

"Sehingga harapan kami kepada para ayah, selain bekerja mencari uang juga tetap bisa menjadi pendamping di keluarga untuk pengasuhan anak. Salah satunya paling tidak dengan berkontribusi berperan dalam pendidikan anak. Misalnya dengan mendampingi anak dalam belajar, proses selama anak sekolah, termasuk mengantar anak," pungkas Donny.
