JATIMTIMES – Satreskrim Polres Batu resmi menaikkan status perkara dugaan pengeroyokan yang menyeret Wakil Ketua KONI Kota Batu berinisial SA, dari tahap penyelidikan ke tahap penyidikan. Langkah ini diambil kepolisian setelah upaya mediasi antara pihak pelapor dan terlapor menemui jalan buntu (deadlock).

Kepastian hukum tersebut diputuskan seusai penyidik Satreskrim Polres Batu menggelar perkara secara internal untuk membedah seluruh alat bukti. "Perkara sudah digelarkan dan resmi naik sidik," tegas Kasat Reskrim Polres Batu, AKP Zaenal Arifin saat dikonfirmasi, belum lama ini.

Pasca-kenaikan status perkara, pihak pelapor sekaligus korban yang merupakan seorang pengusaha berinisial RC langsung dipanggil kembali ke Mapolres Batu. Pemanggilan ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) dalam tahapan penyidikan yang baru berjalan.

Penyidik sendiri mengantongi modal kuat untuk meningkatkan status kasus ini ke tahap sidik melalui dua instrumen pembuktian primer. Selain memeriksa delapan orang saksi yang berada di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP), polisi juga memegang bukti hasil visum et repertum yang memperlihatkan luka memar pada tubuh korban akibat hantaman benda tumpul.

Disinggung mengenai potensi penetapan tersangka terhadap SA dan dua terlapor lainnya, AKP Zaenal memilih irit bicara. Dirinya menegaskan bahwa tim penyidik saat ini masih berfokus mendalami serta memetakan peran masing-masing terlapor saat aksi kekerasan berlangsung di lapangan.

"Kami pastikan akan menangani perkara secara objektif dan profesional," tandas Zaenal.

Kasus dugaan kekerasan secara bersama-sama ini terjadi di Gedung Serbaguna Dadaprejo, Kecamatan Junrejo. Insiden tersebut disinyalir dipicu oleh adu argumen akibat perbedaan dukungan dalam turnamen bulu tangkis yang kemudian berujung represif oleh tiga terlapor, yakni SA, HN, dan AD.
