Polresta Malang Kota Distribusikan Air Bersih ke Tlogowaru Jelang Hari Bhayangkara ke-80

JATIMTIMES - Jelang peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-80, Satlantas Polresta Malang Kota menyalurkan bantuan air bersih kepada warga Kelurahan Tlogowaru, Kecamatan Kedungkandang, Kota Malang. Bantuan tersebut diberikan sebagai respons atas kebutuhan air bersih yang masih dialami sebagian warga di kawasan tersebut.

Sejak pagi, satu unit truk tangki air milik Perumda Tugu Tirta Kota Malang tiba di Jalan Monumen Polri. Warga yang telah menunggu langsung mengantre secara tertib sambil membawa jeriken, ember hingga tandon portabel untuk mengisi persediaan air bersih.

Personel Satlantas Polresta Malang Kota turut membantu proses pengisian air ke wadah milik warga. Lansia dan ibu rumah tangga menjadi kelompok yang diprioritaskan agar proses distribusi berjalan lebih cepat dan tertib.

Kasatlantas Polresta Malang Kota AKP Rio Angga Prasetyo, mengatakan kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-80 sekaligus bentuk kepedulian Polri terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

“Kami ingin momentum Hari Bhayangkara tidak hanya diperingati melalui seremoni, tetapi juga diwujudkan lewat aksi nyata yang manfaatnya langsung dirasakan masyarakat. Ketika ada warga yang membutuhkan air bersih, kami berupaya hadir membantu,” kata Rio, Minggu (28/6/2026).

Selain menyalurkan bantuan, petugas juga memanfaatkan kesempatan itu untuk berdialog dengan warga. Sejumlah aspirasi terkait kebutuhan air bersih di lingkungan mereka disampaikan langsung kepada personel yang berada di lokasi.

Menurut Rio, koordinasi dengan instansi terkait akan terus dilakukan apabila masih ada wilayah lain yang mengalami persoalan serupa.

“Kami akan terus berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah dan pihak terkait. Jika masih ada masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan distribusi air bersih, tentu kami siap mendukung sesuai kemampuan yang kami miliki,” imbuhnya.

Di sela kegiatan, personel Satlantas juga mengimbau masyarakat pentingnya menjaga keselamatan berlalu lintas. Para orang tua diminta lebih mengawasi anak-anak mereka agar tidak terlibat aksi balap liar, menggunakan knalpot yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi, maupun melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas yang berpotensi membahayakan diri sendiri dan pengguna jalan lainnya.

Rio menilai pendekatan melalui kegiatan sosial mampu mempererat hubungan antara kepolisian dengan masyarakat. Menurutnya, kehadiran polisi tidak hanya sebatas menjalankan tugas penegakan hukum, tetapi juga memberikan solusi terhadap persoalan yang dihadapi warga.

“Dengan kehadiran kami di tengah masyarakat bukan hanya saat ada penindakan. Melalui kegiatan sosial seperti ini, kepercayaan masyarakat dapat terus terbangun sehingga situasi keamanan dan ketertiban tetap terjaga,” tambah Rio.

Bantuan air bersih tersebut pun disambut positif warga Tlogowaru. Mereka mengaku terbantu dengan distribusi air bersih yang dilakukan, terutama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi sehari-hari di tengah keterbatasan pasokan air yang dialami beberapa waktu terakhir.
