JATIMTIMES - Nama aktor Jepang Nijiro Murakami tengah menjadi sorotan setelah terseret kasus dugaan kekerasan terhadap mantan kekasihnya. Pemeran Chishiya dalam serial populer Alice in Borderland itu kini harus menghadapi proses hukum setelah pihak kepolisian melimpahkan berkas perkaranya ke kejaksaan.

Perkembangan kasus tersebut langsung menyita perhatian publik Jepang, mengingat Murakami selama ini dikenal sebagai salah satu aktor muda berbakat yang memiliki karier cemerlang di industri hiburan. Dugaan tindak kekerasan yang menyeret namanya pun menjadi pukulan besar bagi perjalanan kariernya.

Mengutip laporan Nikkan Sports dan sejumlah media lokal Jepang pada Sabtu (27/6/2026), dugaan kekerasan itu terjadi di kediaman Murakami di kawasan Shibuya, Tokyo, pada 2024.

Berdasarkan informasi yang disampaikan aparat kepolisian dan diberitakan Star News, Murakami diduga beberapa kali melakukan kekerasan fisik terhadap mantan kekasihnya selama keduanya masih menjalin hubungan asmara.

Penyidik mengungkapkan, korban diduga mengalami berbagai bentuk penganiayaan, mulai dari rambutnya dijambak, kepalanya dibenturkan ke jendela, hingga wajahnya dipukul berulang kali. Akibat insiden tersebut, korban mengalami luka yang cukup serius dan harus menjalani perawatan serta masa pemulihan medis selama lebih dari satu bulan.

Dalam pemeriksaan, Murakami dilaporkan mengakui seluruh perbuatannya kepada penyidik. Meski demikian, hingga kini proses hukum masih terus berjalan dan pihak kejaksaan akan menentukan langkah berikutnya sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Kasus ini menjadi perhatian luas karena Murakami merupakan sosok yang cukup dikenal di dunia hiburan Jepang. Ia merupakan putra aktor senior Jun Murakami dan penyanyi ternama Jepang, UA.

Murakami memulai karier aktingnya pada 2014 melalui film The Miracles of the Namiya General Store. Popularitasnya kemudian melejit setelah memerankan Chishiya dalam serial Netflix Alice in Borderland, yang sukses meraih penggemar di berbagai negara.

Kasus hukum yang dihadapinya juga diperkirakan berdampak pada sejumlah agenda profesional. Sebelumnya, Murakami dijadwalkan tampil dalam pertunjukan perdana Strange: The Strange Stories That Keep Ito Junji Awake at Night pada 3 Juli mendatang.

Hingga saat ini belum ada informasi resmi mengenai nasib proyek tersebut maupun penjelasan lebih rinci terkait latar belakang perselisihan yang berujung pada dugaan tindak kekerasan. Otoritas Jepang masih terus mendalami perkara ini seiring berjalannya proses hukum.
