Kejadian ini, nampaknya bisa menjadi pelajaran bagi  masyarakat lebih hati-hati lagi dan pilih-pilih untuk memberikan pinjaman barang atau kendaraan kepada orang lain. baik itu tetangga maupun saudara.

Sebab, bisa saja seperti peribahasa, air susu dibalas dengan air tuba.  Niat baik kita dengan meminjami  justru berujung perlakuan jahat yang kita terima.

Seperti halnya yang dialami Samsul A, warga Kelurahan Ardimulyo, Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang ini. Niat baik pria 37 tahun itu dengan meminjami mobil miliknya kepada sang teman, justru berakhir Kerugian sebesar Rp 180 juta. 

Sebab, mobil miliknya berjenis Daihatsu Xenia warna abu-abu metalik bernopol N-1124- GV, hingga saat ini tak diketahui dimana keberadaannya.

Semua bermula pada Bulan Agustus 2019. Saat itu, tanggal 7 Agustus 2019, Sulton (terlapor), meminjam mobil kepada korban dengan alasan untuk mengunjungi keluarganya selama lima hari.

Dan setelah berjalannya waktu lima hari pinjam seperti yang dikatakan Sulton, korban kemudian menanyakan keberadaan mobilnya. Namun bukan jawaban jelas yang diberikan, Sulton justru menyuruh untuk korban bersabar dan berdalih memperpanjang pinjaman serta berjanji akan memberikan uang sebesar Rp 15 juta. 

Namun setelah satu bulan lebih, korban kembali menanyakan keberadaan mobilnya, lagi-lagi tak ada jawaban memuaskan dan itikad dari Sulton untuk segera mengembalikan mobil korban. Bahkan saat coba dihubungi melalui telfon, hp pelaku justru tidak aktif.

Dari situ, karena kesabaran korban telah habis, selanjutnya korban melaporkan Sulton, warga Jalan Simpang Biru, Kelurahan Kidul Dalem, Klojen, Kota Malang itu, ke pihak berwajib pada 7 November 2019 sekitar pukul 11.30 wib.

"Kasusnya saat ini masih lidik,"ungkap Kapolres Malang Kota, AKBP Dony Alexander SIK, MH.
