JATIMTIMES - Nasib 109 pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) paruh waktu di Kota Malang menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Malang. Kontrak mereka akan berakhir pada September 2026.

Pemkot Malang kini menargetkan proses pengusulan pengangkatan seluruh PPPK paruh waktu tersebut menjadi PPPK penuh waktu dapat dilakukan sebelum masa kontrak berakhir.

Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Malang Hendru Martono mengatakan, pengusulan akan dilakukan paling lambat sebelum September 2026.

“PPPK paruh waktu jumlahnya ada 109 orang. Kontrak mereka sampai September 2026,” kata Hendru belum lama ini.

Menurutnya, Pemkot Malang akan segera mengusulkan pengangkatan tersebut kepada Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB) serta Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).

Langkah itu juga menjadi bagian dari upaya Pemkot Malang menindaklanjuti kebijakan pemerintah pusat yang tidak menghendaki adanya pemberhentian pegawai non-ASN.

“Kami mengupayakan sebelum kontraknya berakhir sudah diproses pengusulannya untuk pengangkatan,” ujarnya.

Hendru berharap 109 PPPK paruh waktu yang masih tersisa dapat seluruhnya beralih menjadi PPPK penuh waktu. Penyelesaian status tersebut kini menjadi salah satu pekerjaan rumah Pemkot Malang dalam penataan aparatur.

“Yang 109 PPPK paruh waktu ini menjadi PR bagi kami. Makanya sekarang difokuskan ke sana,” jelasnya.

Di sisi lain, Pemkot Malang memilih tidak membuka rekrutmen CPNS maupun PPPK pada 2026. Kebijakan itu diambil karena pemerintah daerah masih fokus menyelesaikan penataan tenaga non-ASN.

Sebelumnya, Pemkot Malang telah mengangkat sekitar 3.000 tenaga honorer menjadi PPPK. Pengangkatan tersebut dilakukan sebagai bagian dari amanat pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tenaga non-ASN.

Dengan tambahan tersebut, jumlah ASN di lingkungan Pemkot Malang yang terdiri atas PNS dan PPPK kini mencapai 9.856 orang.

Hendru menegaskan, Pemkot Malang akan mengoptimalkan komposisi ASN yang ada untuk menjaga kinerja pelayanan publik. Penataan juga dilakukan melalui pemetaan kebutuhan dan distribusi pegawai di masing-masing organisasi perangkat daerah.

“Termasuk sekarang ini bagian organisasi masih memetakan untuk penyebarannya,” pungkasnya.
