JATIMTIMES - Musyawarah Olahraga Kota (Musorkot) Esports Indonesia (ESI) Kota Malang menjadi momentum kebangkitan organisasi esport di Kota Pendidikan. Dalam forum tersebut, Anastasia Ida Soesanti resmi terpilih sebagai Ketua ESI Kota Malang periode 2025-2029 dengan membawa semangat baru untuk memperkuat pembinaan atlet sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi di tingkat regional hingga nasional.
Pelaksanaan Musorkot turut dihadiri Ketua Umum Pengurus Provinsi Esports Indonesia (ESI) Jawa Timur Brigjen TNI Murbianto Adhy Wibowo yang diwakili Ketua Bidang Pembinaan dan Prestasi (Binpres) ESI Jatim Hardian Bayu, serta jajaran KONI Kota Malang.

Dalam sambutannya, Hardian Bayu menegaskan bahwa esport harus dipandang sebagai cabang olahraga yang mampu melahirkan prestasi, bukan sekadar sarana hiburan bagi generasi muda.
"Generasi muda agar menjadikan esport sebagai sarana berprestasi, bukan sekadar hiburan saja," kata Bayu.
Ia juga menyampaikan sejumlah arahan kepada seluruh pengurus ESI kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Mulai dari memperkuat konsolidasi organisasi dengan melibatkan atlet, pelatih, dan komunitas, menyelenggarakan kejuaraan lokal secara berjenjang, mempererat sinergi dengan pemerintah daerah dan KONI, hingga mengedepankan sportivitas dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai media edukasi serta promosi.
"Kita semua harus ingat Jawa Timur memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi barometer esport nasional dengan catatan kita serius, disiplin, dan mau berkolaborasi dengan semua pihak. Harapan saya dari musyawarah ini akan lahir pengurus-pengurus yang solid, program-program yang terukur, serta semangat baru dalam memajukan esport di daerah," tegas Bayu.
"Jika kabupaten atau kota bergerak bersama maka Jawa Timur akan menjadi kuat di kancah nasional bahkan internasional. Mari kita jadikan juga esport sebagai wadah pembinaan karakter generasi muda yang kreatif, tangguh, dan berprestasi," imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Umum KONI Kota Malang Djoni Sudjatmoko melalui Sekretaris Umum Joko Purwosusanto menyampaikan harapan besar kepada kepengurusan baru ESI Kota Malang agar mampu meningkatkan capaian prestasi atlet, terutama menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (Porprov) Jawa Timur berikutnya.
"Kami bersyukur ESI Kota Malang telah mengukuhkan pengurus barunya. Semoga dalam kepengurusan baru ini dapat meningkatkan semangat para atlet, terlebih jelang Porprov tahun depan," kata Joko.
"Dan kami dari KONI berharap, 1 medali emas dan 1 medali perunggu pada Porprov X tahun lalu minimal bisa dipertahankan atau bahkan ditingkatkan prestasinya," imbuhnya.
Usai dipercaya memimpin ESI Kota Malang periode 2025-2029, Anastasia Ida Soesanti menegaskan komitmennya untuk membawa organisasi lebih aktif dalam pembinaan atlet dan mencetak talenta esport profesional.
"Di bawah kepengurusan yang baru ini, visi misi utama kita adalah menjadikan Kota Malang sebagai pusat pencetak talenta atlet esport profesional yang disegani baik di tingkat regional maupun nasional. Harapannya sampai internasional ini memang," kata Ida.

Ida menjelaskan, kepengurusan baru akan memprioritaskan tiga pilar utama, diawali dengan pembinaan atlet secara berkelanjutan melalui kompetisi rutin dari tingkat sekolah, kampus, kelurahan hingga tingkat daerah. Selain itu, pihaknya juga mendorong peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui sertifikasi pelatih dan wasit serta pembinaan yang berkesinambungan bersama KONI Kota Malang.
"Sebagai langkah konkrit, kami akan fokus pada tiga pilar. Yang pertama adalah pembinaan berkelanjutan, membuka ruang kompetisi rutin dari tingkat akar rumput, dari sekolah, kampus, dan kelurahan, hingga tingkat daerah," ungkap Ida.
"Dan yang kedua adalah pembinaan untuk kami dari ESI. Kami harapkan memang ada sertifikasi yang bisa kami ambil untuk pelatih dan wasit, serta pembinaan dari KONI Kota Malang untuk kami, para atlet yang ada di Kota Malang. Besar harapan kami, semua ini akan menjadi dukungan untuk kami, pengurus ESI Kota Malang, boleh berjalan dan melangkah untuk membesarkan ESI dan mengharumkan nama Kota Malang," imbuhnya.
Ia juga mengungkapkan rasa syukur atas amanah yang diterimanya untuk memimpin ESI Kota Malang. Menurutnya, kepengurusan periode 2025-2029 menjadi titik awal menghidupkan kembali organisasi setelah sempat mengalami kevakuman.
Anastasia berharap dukungan dari KONI Kota Malang, ESI Jawa Timur, serta seluruh klub esport di Kota Malang terus mengalir agar organisasi mampu berkembang dan melahirkan atlet-atlet berprestasi.
"Mungkin dalam perjalanan nanti kami selalu menginduk kepada KONI, mendapatkan saran dan masukan untuk kami bisa membesarkan ESI Kota Malang. Dukungan dari semuanya, dari klub yang ada di Kota Malang, ini juga sangat berarti untuk kami. ESI dari Jawa Timur pun kami sangat mengharapkan dukungannya," ungkapnya.
"Yang kemarin, biarlah berlalu. Kita harus melangkah ke depan untuk membesarkan ESI Kota Malang," tukas Ida.
