JATIMTIMES - Nama WinWin menjadi salah satu topik yang ramai dicari di Google hingga Rabu (8/7/2026) sore. Hal itu terjadi setelah SM Entertainment mengumumkan bahwa idol sekaligus aktor asal China tersebut resmi mengakhiri kontrak eksklusifnya dengan agensi dan sekaligus menutup perjalanannya sebagai anggota NCT .
Melalui pernyataan resmi, SM Entertainment mengungkapkan bahwa kontrak WinWin akan berakhir pada 9 Juli 2026. Keputusan tersebut diambil setelah melalui pembahasan bersama antara kedua belah pihak.

"Kami dengan tulus berterima kasih kepada seluruh penggemar NCT atas cinta dan dukungan yang tidak pernah berubah," tulis SM Entertainment, dilansir dari Soompi , Rabu (8/7/2026).
"Setelah berdiskusi secara mendalam dengan WinWin, kami sepakat untuk mengakhiri kontrak eksklusif secara bersama mulai 9 Juli. Dengan demikian, WinWin juga akan mengakhiri seluruh aktivitasnya sebagai anggota NCT." imbuh keterangan agensi.
SM Entertainment juga menyampaikan apresiasi atas perjalanan panjang sang artis yang telah bersama perusahaan sejak masih menjadi trainee.

Sebagai informasi, WinWin memulai debutnya bersama NCT 127 pada 2016 sebelum bergabung dengan WayV pada 2019. Sejak 2021, ia lebih banyak beraktivitas di China setelah mendirikan studio pribadinya, Beijing Zhaoyao Culture Media Studio.
Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, WinWin aktif membintangi berbagai drama China, seperti Sweet Games, Snowfall, Perfect Match, A Splendid Match, hingga film Blades of the Guardians. Ia juga dikabarkan telah menyiapkan beberapa proyek drama baru.
Ke depannya, WinWin akan melanjutkan aktivitas solo di bawah studio pribadinya dan Yuekai Entertainment.
Tak lama setelah pengumuman tersebut, WinWin mengunggah surat tulisan tangan yang ditujukan kepada para penggemarnya melalui Instagram.
"Halo, ini WinWin. Dari 2016 hingga 2026, 10 tahun telah berlalu begitu cepat. Saat melihat kembali perjalanan selama satu dekade ini, aku ingin menulis surat ini dari lubuk hatiku yang paling dalam," tulisnya.
Ia mengenang perjalanan sejak menjadi trainee hingga debut bersama NCT 127 dan WayV.
"Dari masa trainee hingga debut sebagai anggota NCT 127, lalu WayV, aku hanya dipenuhi rasa syukur atas semua orang yang kutemui dan hubungan berharga yang terjalin selama 10 tahun terakhir," ujarnya.
WinWin mengaku sering melihat kembali foto-foto lama yang mengingatkannya pada berbagai momen selama berkarier.
"Tentu ada saat-saat aku merasa lelah, menghadapi kegagalan dan kesulitan. Namun yang paling membekas justru begitu banyak momen bahagia, sukacita, dan kenangan yang tak terlupakan," tulisnya.

Menurutnya, kenangan tersebut menjadi kekuatan terbesar yang membawanya hingga berada di titik sekarang.
"Kenangan-kenangan kecil yang berharga itu selalu menjadi sumber kekuatanku. Semua itu memberi arti pada setiap langkah yang kuambil dan membentuk diriku seperti sekarang," lanjutnya.
WinWin juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada SM Entertainment karena telah memberinya kesempatan debut dan tampil di berbagai panggung dunia.
"Saat masih muda dan belum berpengalaman, SM memberiku kesempatan untuk debut. Mereka juga memberiku kesempatan berdiri di panggung-panggung di seluruh dunia dan bertemu kalian semua. Tanpa pengalaman itu, aku tidak akan menjadi diriku yang sekarang," katanya.
Di akhir suratnya, WinWin menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada para penggemar yang terus mendampinginya selama satu dekade terakhir.
"Terakhir, aku ingin mengucapkan terima kasih dengan tulus kepada Czennie, WayZenNi, dan semua penggemar yang selalu berada di sisiku selama perjalanan ini. Semoga 10 tahun yang kita lalui bersama akan selalu menjadi kenangan yang hangat, indah, dan tak terlupakan bagi kalian juga." ungkapnya.
Ia mengungkapkan akan terus mengejar mimpinya meski memulai babak baru dalam karier.
"Ke depannya, aku tidak akan pernah melupakan mimpi yang kumiliki saat pertama kali memulai. Aku akan terus memberikan yang terbaik dengan hati yang sama dan terus berkembang menjadi versi diriku yang lebih baik. Untuk semua yang membaca surat ini, semoga kalian selalu diberi kedamaian, kebahagiaan, dan keberuntungan. Aku sungguh berharap semua impian kalian menjadi kenyataan. Terima kasih," tutup WinWin.
Kepergian WinWin menambah daftar anggota generasi awal NCT yang memilih berpisah dengan SM Entertainment setelah kontrak 10 tahun mereka berakhir.
Sebelumnya, Mark Lee memutuskan keluar dari SM Entertainment dan NCT untuk fokus pada karier solonya, sementara Ten tidak memperpanjang kontrak solo bersama SM tetapi tetap beraktivitas bersama WayV dan NCT untuk kegiatan grup.
