JATIMTIMES - Kementerian Haji dan Umrah mulai menyusun sejumlah langkah perbaikan untuk penyelenggaraan ibadah haji tahun 2027. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan setelah pelaksanaan haji 2026 yang menjadi tahun pertama kementerian baru itu menangani penyelenggaraan haji secara langsung.
Wakil Menteri Haji dan Umrah, Dahnil Anzar, mengatakan terdapat sejumlah catatan penting yang akan menjadi fokus pembenahan pada musim haji mendatang. Salah satunya terkait pelayanan dan pergerakan jemaah di fase Armuzna (Arafah, Muzdalifah, dan Mina).

"Ya, tentu banyak evaluasi. Ini tahun pertama kami Kementerian Haji dan Umrah melaksanakan penyelenggaraan haji secara langsung. Ada beberapa catatan penting terutama terkait dengan nanti pergerakan di Armuzna, Arafah, Muzdalifah, dan Mina," ujar Dahnil.
Menurutnya, pemerintah akan memperbaiki pola penugasan petugas haji di kawasan Armuzna agar pelayanan kepada jemaah dapat dilakukan lebih intensif. Sebab, fase tersebut dinilai menjadi momen yang paling membutuhkan pendampingan dan perhatian petugas.
"Nah, kami pasti akan perbaiki pola penugasan petugas di sana agar kemudian bisa melayani jemaah lebih intens. Karena biasanya jemaah paling butuh itu di Armuzna," katanya.
Selain aspek pelayanan, Kementerian Haji dan Umrah juga menyoroti persoalan istitaah kesehatan jemaah. Dahnil mengungkapkan bahwa angka kematian jemaah asal Jawa Timur memang mengalami penurunan dibanding tahun lalu, namun masih menjadi yang tertinggi secara nasional.
Ia menyebut, pada periode yang sama tahun lalu jumlah jemaah asal Jawa Timur yang wafat mencapai sekitar 104 orang. Sementara hingga pertengahan musim haji tahun ini tercatat sebanyak 65 jemaah telah meninggal dunia.
"Artinya ada penurunan drastis, tapi itu masih jadi catatan kami karena itu masih penyumbang terbesar di Indonesia," ungkapnya.

Karena itu, pemerintah berencana memperketat syarat kesehatan bagi calon jemaah haji pada tahun mendatang. Langkah tersebut dilakukan untuk meminimalkan risiko kesehatan selama menjalankan ibadah di Tanah Suci.
"Oleh sebab itu, mungkin tahun depan kami pastikan syarat-syarat kesehatan makin ketat. Jadi jangan sampai mereka yang berpotensi banyak komorbidnya itu masih bisa diberangkatkan," tegas Dahnil.
Ia menambahkan, calon jemaah yang memiliki indikasi gangguan kesehatan berat seperti demensia, penyakit ginjal, tuberkulosis (TBC), maupun penyakit lain yang berisiko tinggi akan menjadi perhatian khusus dalam proses seleksi kesehatan.
"Jadi tahun depan kami akan lebih selektif, lebih ketat. Misalnya yang punya indikasi demensia, kemudian yang ginjal, yang TBC, dan sebagainya itu kami pastikan tidak bisa berangkat," pungkasnya.
