JATIMTIMES – Wakil Ketua Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Batu berinisial SA, dilaporkan ke jajaran Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Batu atas tuduhan keterlibatan dalam aksi dugaan pengeroyokan. Ia dilaporkan bersama dua pelaku lainnya oleh seorang warga yang mengaku sebagai korban kekerasan pada awal Juni lalu.

Aparat Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Batu kini tengah melakukan pendalaman intensif laporan perkara yang menimpa seorang warga lokal berinisial RC tersebut. Kasat Reskrim Polres Batu, AKP Zainal Arifin, membenarkan bahwa pihak penyidik telah menerima berkas laporan pengaduan dari korban dan langsung melakukan tindakan penanganan taktis di lapangan.

Zainal membeberkan bahwa dalam berkas laporan yang masuk ke meja penyidik, terdapat tiga nama yang secara resmi berstatus sebagai pihak terlapor, di mana salah satunya merupakan petinggi aktif KONI Kota Batu.

"Ada tiga orang yang dilaporkan atas dugaan pengeroyokan secara bersama-sama, dan salah satu di antara para terlapor tersebut adalah Wakil Ketua KONI Kota Batu," ungkap AKP Zainal Arifin, Kamis (11/6/2026).

Berdasarkan data kronologis awal yang dihimpun, aksi kekerasan fisik berupa dugaan pengeroyokan terhadap korban RC tersebut meletus pada Selasa (2/6/2026) dini hari yang lalu.

Insiden pemukulan massal itu disinyalir terjadi sesaat setelah korban selesai menyaksikan turnamen pertandingan bulu tangkis di salah satu gedung serba guna yang terletak di wilayah Kota Batu.

Zainal berujar, Guna mempercepat titik terang perkara, polisi sejauh ini telah memanggil dan memeriksa secara maraton sedikitnya enam orang yang berkaitan langsung dengan insiden kekerasan tersebut.

Data kepolisian merinci, dari total enam orang yang dimintai keterangan, tiga di antaranya merupakan pihak terlapor, satu orang bertindak selaku pelapor atau korban, serta sisanya merupakan saksi pendukung di lokasi.

Zainal menambahkan, selain mengandalkan pengumpulan data verbal lewat berita acara pemeriksaan, tim penyidik juga telah mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti permulaan yang sah secara hukum.

Salah satu bukti autentik yang kini berada di tangan penyidik adalah dokumen hasil visum at repertum milik korban RC yang digunakan untuk menguji kadar luka fisik akibat penganiayaan.

Pihak terlapor dipastikan kooperatif dan telah menghadiri undangan resmi dari unit penyidik untuk memberikan klarifikasi serta pembelaan dari sudut pandang mereka.

"Hingga saat ini proses hukumnya masih berjalan. Saksi-saksi dan terlapor sudah kami periksa semuanya, nanti perkembangan terbarunya pasti akan kami perbarui ke publik," tegasnya.

Dalam waktu dekat, Satreskrim Polres Batu dijadwalkan bakal melakukan sinkronisasi serta pencocokan data dari kedua belah pihak sebelum menggelar perkara guna menentukan status hukum selanjutnya.
