JATIMTIMES – Komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Jawa Timur (Jatim) dalam menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas anggaran kembali membuahkan hasil tertinggi. Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI) resmi menganugerahkan opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Pemprov Jatim Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Tahun Anggaran 2025.

Pencapaian mengukuhkan rekor impresif bagi Jatim yang berhasil mempertahankan predikat WTP selama 11 tahun berturut-turut tanpa terputus. Hal ini disampaikan Direktur Jenderal Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara V BPK RI, Widhi Widayat, saat penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) atas LKPD Pemprov Jatim Tahun 2025 pada Rapat Paripurna DPRD Jatim, Selasa (9/6/2026).

BPK memberikan apresiasi tinggi atas kepatuhan Pemprov Jatim yang menyerahkan LKPD unaudited secara tepat waktu. Selain ketepatan waktu penyerahan laporan, BPK mencatat rapor kepatuhan eksekutif Jatim dalam menyelesaikan rekomendasi pemeriksaan terdahulu sangat tinggi, yakni mencapai 1.681 dari 1.956 rekomendasi.

"Capaian tindak lanjut rekomendasi BPK oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur per 31 Desember 2025 telah mencapai 85,94 persen. Capaian ini secara luar biasa telah melampaui target nasional yang ditetapkan sebesar 75 persen," ujar Widhi Widayat.

Merespons raihan berskala nasional tersebut, Gubernur Jatim Khofifah Indar Parawansa menyampaikan rasa syukur yang mendalam atas penilaian objektif dan profesional dari tim pemeriksa BPK RI. Berdasarkan validasi data internal pemprov, grafik kepatuhan bahkan terus bergerak dinamis hingga menyentuh angka 86,20 persen pada penghujung tahun.

Menurut Khofifah, mempertahankan opini WTP selama lebih dari satu dekade bukanlah perkara mudah. Hal itu membutuhkan konsistensi kerja keras dari seluruh kepala perangkat daerah serta fungsi pengawasan yang konstruktif dari pihak legislatif.

"Alhamdulillah, hingga semester 2 Desember 2025, capaian tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan BPK oleh Pemprov Jawa Timur telah mencapai 86,20 persen. Ini artinya bahwa komitmen kami untuk melakukan tindak lanjut dari hasil pemeriksaan BPK tentu sangat serius," tutur Khofifah.

Khofifah juga menyampaikan terima kasih dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada pimpinan dan seluruh anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Timur yang selama ini terus mengawal roda pemerintahan melalui fungsi legislasi, penganggaran, dan pengawasan secara objektif.

"Sinergi yang baik antara eksekutif dan legislatif merupakan modal penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan Jawa Timur yang maju, adil, makmur, unggul, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan tata kelola yang semakin baik, kami optimis kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah akan terus meningkat," pungkas Khofifah.
