Wakil Bupati Kediri Dewi Mariya Ulfa deklarasi pelaksanaan SPMB Kabupaten Kediri yang digelar di Gedung Bagawanta Bhari.

JATIMTIMES - Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) Tahun Ajaran 2026/2027 segera dimulai. Bupati Kediri Hanindhito Himawan Pramana berpesan supaya proses SPMB harus dilakukan secara adil, terbuka dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. 

Pesan Mas Dhito tersebut disampaikan Wakil Bupati Dewi Mariya Ulfa pada acara deklarasi pelaksanaan SPMB Kabupaten Kediri yang digelar di Gedung Bagawanta Bhari, Rabu (3/6/2026).

"Deklarasi ini bentuk komitmen bersama untuk memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan SPMB berjalan secara objektif, transparan, akuntabel, berkeadilan dan non-diskriminasi," katanya.

Disebutkan Mbak Dewi, berdasarkan arahan Mas Dhito, SPMB di Kabupaten Kediri harus sesuai ketentuan berlaku. Tidak diperbolehkan ada permainan titipan, pungutan liar, manipulasi data maupun bentuk penyimpangan lain.

"Semua anak harus mendapatkan hak dan kesempatan yang sama untuk memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang bermutu sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku," ungkapnya.

Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri Mokhamat Muhsin menyebut proses SPMB seperti tahun sebelumnya menggunakan empat jalur, yakni domisili, afirmasi, prestasi dan mutasi. Adapun pendaftaran dimulai pada 8 Juni.

Daya tampung untuk sekolah tingkat SMP/MTS baik negeri maupun swasta di Kabupaten Kediri tahun 2026/2027 mencapai 27,3 ribu siswa. Adapun lulusan SD/MI hanya 22.500 siswa.

"Sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu khawatir tidak mendapatkan sekolah, asal mau bisa sekolah dimana saja. Tahun ini kita kelebihan daya tampung," terangnya.

Pelaksanaan deklarasi tersebut, lanjut Muhsin, menjadi pedoman bagi penyelenggara SPMB di tiap satuan pendidikan supaya mengedepankan keterbukaan, akuntabilitas dan aksesibilitas. Semua anak, dipastikan memiliki kesempatan yang sama mengikuti SPMB sesuai dengan jalur yang dipilih. 

Penandatanganan deklarasi dilakukan bupati/wakil bupati Kediri, DPRD, kepolisian, TNI, Inspektorat, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Sosial, Dinas Kominfo, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, koordinator pengawas baik tingkat TK hingga SMP, Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah Dasar (K3SD) maupun kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kediri.
