Badan Gizi Nasional perintahkan SPPG beli langsung telur ke.peternak di Magetan.
JATIMTIMES – Merespons anjloknya harga telur ayam ras di tingkat peternak yang terjadi selama sebulan terakhir, Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) langsung turun tangan ke Kabupaten Magetan.
Langkah ini diambil guna mengatasi ketimpangan harga. Sebab, harga jual dari kandang peternak lokal merosot tajam. Sementara harga eceran di pasar tradisional justru melambung tinggi.

BGN sebenarnya telah melakukan upaya intervensi sejak dua pekan terakhir. Salah satunya dengan menginstruksikan dapur Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) untuk meningkatkan persentase penggunaan menu telur. Langkah tersebut diambil sebagai respons cepat setelah adanya aksi bagi-bagi telur gratis yang sempat dilakukan oleh para peternak di Magetan beberapa waktu lalu sebagai bentuk protes atas anjloknya harga.
Namun, upaya tersebut dinilai belum sepenuhnya menyentuh akar masalah. BGN mengaku masih menerima laporan langsung dari para peternak lokal bahwa lonjakan harga sejauh ini hanya dinikmati oleh tingkat pasar dan pengecer saja. Sementara nasib harga di kandang peternak sendiri masih jalan di tempat dan belum ikut terdongkrak.
Ketua Asosiasi Pinsar Petelur Nasional (PPN) Kabupaten Magetan, Surohman, saat ditemui usai menghadiri acara Sinergi Ekonomi Kerakyatan: Strategi Pemberdayaan Peternakan dan Usaha Mikro dalam Mendukung Program MBG di Kebun Refugia Magetan, Senin (1/6/2026), membeberkan fakta terpukulnya sektor peternakan bawah.
Menurut Surohman, saat ini harga telur di tingkat peternak lokal Magetan hanya mampu bertahan di kisaran Rp19.000 hingga Rp21.000 per kilogram. Nilai tersebut merosot tajam di bawah harga acuan yang seharusnya berada di angka Rp22.800 per kilogram. Anjloknya harga ini dipicu oleh luapan pasokan (oversupply) di pasaran yang tidak sebanding dengan daya serap pasar, termasuk untuk pemenuhan program MBG.
"Jika dikalkulasikan dengan melambungnya harga pakan saat ini, modal atau harga pokok produksi (HPP) telur itu sebenarnya sudah menyentuh Rp26.000 per kilogram. Tapi mau bagaimana lagi, peternak terpaksa tetap menjual rugi demi menyambung napas usaha dan memastikan ayam-ayam di kandang mereka tetap bisa makan," kata Surohman.
Lebih lanjut, Surohman mengaku pihaknya sejauh ini belum bisa menakar seberapa besar efektivitas penyerapan telur lokal oleh dapur MBG meski pemda setempat dan kebijakan menu telur 3 kali sepekan sudah digulirkan. Pasalnya, proses transaksi pembelian selama ini diduga masih berjalan sendiri-sendiri alias perorangan, belum dikoordinasikan secara terpusat melalui wadah koperasi maupun asosiasi peternak resmi.

Berdasarkan data di lapangan, saat ini harga telur di tingkat peternak Magetan merosot hingga menyentuh angka Rp22.000 per kilogram. Padahal, untuk bisa balik modal atau mencapai harga BEP (break even point), peternak idealnya harus menjual di angka Rp24.000 per kilogram. Sementara itu, harga di pasar tradisional justru melambung tinggi di kisaran Rp25.000 hingga Rp27.000 per kilogram.
Untuk menyiasati hal ini, BGN akhirnya langsung mengeluarkan instruksi baru yang jauh lebih mengikat. BGN memerintahkan Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) di Magetan untuk memotong jalur distribusi dengan membeli telur ayam langsung dari tangan peternak, bukan lagi lewat supplier.
"Khususnya Magetan, sunahnya di luar Magetan harus meningkatkan penggunaan telur yang mungkin tadinya hanya 1 kali atau 2 kali menjadi 3-4 kali. Saya instruksikan mulai hari ini seluruh SPPG, khususnya di Magetan, membeli langsung ke peternak. Kalau tidak, dapurnya saya suspend," pungkas BGN.
BGN pun memberikan tenggat waktu selama dua pekan bagi kepala SPPG setempat untuk mendongkrak harga telur hingga mencapai nilai ekonomis yang berpihak pada peternak.
