1. Sayur Bening 

Sayur bening menjadi salah satu menu sederhana yang cocok disantap setelah beberapa hari makan daging. Kuahnya yang ringan membantu tubuh terasa lebih nyaman dan segar.

Kamu bisa membuat sayur bening bayam, jagung, oyong, atau daun katuk. Agar semakin nikmat, sajikan bersama tempe goreng dan sambal.

2. Ikan Bakar Sambal Matah

Jika ingin tetap menikmati makanan berprotein tetapi lebih ringan, ikan bakar bisa menjadi pilihan tepat.
