JATIMTIMES  – Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Magetan resmi menerima pelimpahan berkas perkara pidana dugaan pelanggaran hukum terkait Koperasi MSI dari Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Magetan, Rabu (20/5/2026) sekitar pukul 14.07 WIB. Kasus ini menyeret dua orang sebagai terdakwa, yakni MM (Terdakwa 1) dan WW (Terdakwa 2).

Juru Bicara PN Magetan, Deddi Alparesi, S.H., mengonfirmasi bahwa setelah berkas diterima, pihak pengadilan langsung bergerak cepat menetapkan susunan majelis hakim serta jadwal persidangan perdana.

"Ketua Pengadilan telah menunjuk Majelis Hakim yang akan memeriksa dan mengadili perkara tersebut," ujar Deddi dalam keterangan, Kamis (21/5/2026).

Sidang akan dipimpin langsung oleh Wakil Ketua PN Magetan, DR. Amirul Faqih Amza, S.H., M.H., selaku Hakim Ketua. Ia didampingi oleh dua Hakim Anggota, masing-masing Otniel Yuristo Yudha Prawira, S.H., M.H., dan Andi Ramdhan Adi Saputra, S.H., M.H.

Dalam perkara ini, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menerapkan dakwaan yang bersifat kombinasi (berlapis dan alternatif) terhadap kedua terdakwa. Jeratan hukum ini mengacu pada Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) baru yang berlaku serta undang-undang sektor keuangan.

Secara rinci, para terdakwa dihadapkan pada lima dakwaan alternatif dan kumulatif berikut:

Dakwaan Kesatu: Pelanggaran Pasal 486 jo Pasal 20 huruf c jo Pasal 126 ayat (1) jo Pasal 618 UU RI No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Dakwaan Kedua: Pelanggaran Pasal 492 jo Pasal 20 huruf c jo Pasal 126 ayat (1) jo Pasal 618 UU RI No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Dakwaan Ketiga: Pelanggaran Pasal 391 ayat (1) jo Pasal 20 huruf c jo Pasal 126 ayat (1) jo Pasal 618 UU RI No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Dakwaan Keempat: Pelanggaran Pasal 15 Angka 46 Pasal 59 UU No. 4 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan (P2SK) jo Pasal 59 Ayat (1) UU No. 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah jo Pasal 20 huruf c UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Dakwaan Kelima: Pelanggaran Pasal 607 ayat (1) huruf a jo Pasal 20 huruf c UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.

Deddi menambahkan, Pengadilan telah mengagendakan sidang perdana kasus Koperasi MSI Magetan dengan agenda pembacaan surat dakwaan oleh JPU.

"Sidang pertama diagendakan pada hari Kamis, 11 Juni 2026 pukul 10.00 WIB," jelasnya.

Persidangan akan digelar secara terbuka untuk umum di ruang sidang utama Pengadilan Negeri Magetan yang beralamat di Jalan Karya Dharma No. 10, Magetan. Kasus Koperasi MSI ini diprediksi akan menyita perhatian publik Magetan mengingat pasal yang disangkakan berkaitan erat dengan regulasi sektor keuangan dan perbankan syariah.
