JATIMTIMES – Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Ponorogo menetapkan pimpinan sekaligus pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Raden Wijaya berinisial JYD alias KRA Jayadi Adiningrat bin Giman Momok (55) sebagai tersangka dugaan tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap santri laki-laki di Kecamatan Jambon, Kabupaten Ponorogo.
Penetapan tersangka dilakukan setelah penyidik Unit IV Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Satreskrim Polres Ponorogo melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap terduga pelaku serta sejumlah korban.

Kasatreskrim Polres Ponorogo, Imam Mujali, mengatakan penyidikan menemukan dugaan tindak kekerasan seksual tersebut telah berlangsung cukup lama, yakni sejak 2017.
Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan, tersangka diduga menggunakan modus memberikan iming-iming uang tunai kepada para korban agar menuruti permintaannya. Dugaan eksploitasi seksual itu disebut terjadi berulang hingga Maret 2026 dan diduga melibatkan belasan santri laki-laki.
Meski tersangka telah ditahan di Mapolres Ponorogo, penyidik menyatakan proses pengembangan kasus masih terus berjalan. Polisi menduga masih ada korban lain yang belum melapor.
“Masih terus berjalan, silakan melapor apabila ada korban-korban lain yang belum teridentifikasi. Pengembangan masih terus berjalan,” tegas Imam Mujali.
Polisi juga mengimbau masyarakat yang memiliki informasi tambahan atau merasa menjadi korban untuk segera melapor agar penanganan hukum dapat dilakukan lebih lanjut.

Dalam kasus ini, tersangka dijerat Pasal 6 huruf c Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual serta Pasal 415 huruf b atau Pasal 417 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka terancam hukuman maksimal 12 tahun penjara dan denda paling banyak Rp300 juta.
Saat ini penyidik masih mendalami kemungkinan adanya korban tambahan maupun tindak pidana lain yang berkaitan dengan rekam jejak tersangka selama memimpin lembaga tersebut.
