JATIMTIMES – Realisasi pajak barang dan jasa tertentu (PBJT) dari sektor reklame di Kota Batu terus menunjukkan performa yang positif sepanjang tahun 2026. Memasuki bulan kelima, capaian pajak reklame telah menyentuh angka Rp1,45 miliar atau setara 33,54 persen dari target yang ditetapkan.

Capaian ini tercatat jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan periode yang sama pada tahun sebelumnya yang hanya berada di angka 24,64 persen.

Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kota Batu Mohammad Nur Adhim menyebut terdapat selisih kenaikan realisasi mencapai 8,7 persen atau berkisar Rp113 juta dibanding periode lalu.

"Kami terus berupaya agar pada triwulan kedua ini capaian bisa memenuhi target sebesar 40 persen," ujarnya.

Meskipun tren positif terus menanjak, Bapenda tetap mematok target realisasi pajak reklame tahun ini sama dengan tahun sebelumnya, yakni sebesar Rp4,3 miliar.

Pria yang akrab disapa Adhim tersebut mengatakan, saat ini tercatat ada 758 objek reklame wajib pajak yang tersebar di wilayah Kota Batu. Mayoritas berada di sepanjang jalur protokol jalan besar.

Adhim menegaskan bahwa tarif pajak tetap berada di angka 10 persen bagi para pelaku usaha yang memasang iklan fisik di bumi Kota Wisata.

Peningkatan pendapatan ini juga didorong oleh langkah tegas pemerintah dalam melakukan evaluasi berkala dan penyisiran terhadap titik reklame yang tidak berizin. "Kami mengoptimalkan penertiban dengan bersinergi bersama Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Batu untuk menyisir reklame ilegal," imbuh Adhim.

Bapenda tidak memungkiri bahwa pergeseran tren iklan ke media online yang bersifat gratis dan berjangkauan luas menjadi tantangan besar bagi pendapatan daerah.

Untuk menyiasati hal tersebut, petugas terus melakukan pendataan ulang secara masif dan jemput bola terhadap objek-objek reklame baru yang bermunculan.

"Kami terus mendata reklame-reklame baru yang masuk kategori wajib pajak agar potensi pendapatan daerah tetap terjaga hingga akhir tahun nanti," tandasnya.
