Bupati Sanusi Carikan Solusi untuk Atasi Kekurangan Dokter di Puskesmas Tumpang

JATIMTIMES - Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi melalui Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang saat ini tengah mencarikan solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan kurangnya tenaga dokter di UPT Puskesmas Tumpang. 

Hal itu dilakukan Sanusi untuk memberikan kenyamanan kepada masyarakat saat menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Tumpang. Terlebih lagi, jumlah pasien yang datang ke UPT Puskesmas Tumpang per harinya mencapai 200 orang lebih.

"Di Puskesmas Tumpang perlu penambahan tenaga dokter karena pasiennya banyak sampai 200 orang lebih per harinya. Nanti direncanakan akan merekrut dokter melalui BLUD (Badan Layanan Umum Daerah) sini. Nanti ditambahi kekurangannya, mengajukan ke Dinkes," ungkap Sanusi kepada JatimTIMES.com. 

Menurutnya, kendala yang dialami oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang terkait dengan kekurangan tenaga dokter ini dikarenakan banyak dokter yang enggan ditempatkan di UPT Puskesmas Tumpang atau puskesmas lainnya yang berada jauh di pelosok desa. 

"Karena tempatnya jauh, jarang dokter yang mau bekerja di sini (UPT Puskesmas Tumpang)," tutur Sanusi. 

Selain itu, beberapa puskesmas lainnya juga mengalami kekurangan tenaga dokter. Seperti di UPT Puskesmas Tirtoyudo hingga UPT Puskesmas Sitiarjo yang berada di Kecamatan Sumbermanjing Wetan. "Yang kekurangan tenaga dokter ada yang jauh-jauh. Seperti di Tirtoyudo, Sitiarjo. Yang jauh-jauh ini memang susah mencari tenaga dokter," imbuh Sanusi. 

Ia menyebut, kekurangan tenaga dokter ini akan segera diselesaikan melalui kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, utamanya dari pihak kampus yang ada di Malang Raya, khususnya di Kabupaten Malang.

Sementara itu, Kepala UPT Puskesmas Tumpang dr. Titis Ari Respatilatsih MMkes mengatakan, idealnya untuk di satu dokter umum biasanya melayani 5.000 penduduk. Sedangkan di wilayah Kecamatan Tumpang setidaknya terdapat 80 ribu penduduk.

"Kalau Puskesmas itu kan tidak melayani spesialis, tetapi kita dokter umum yang melayani pasien banyak. Idealnya satu dokter umum melayani 5000 penduduk, di sini kan ada 80 ribu penduduk," ujar Titis. 

Ia menyebut, untuk di UPT Puskesmas Tumpang sendiri terdapat lima dokter umum yang bertugas. Namun, ketika berdiskusi dengan Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi beserta Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Malang drg. Wiyanto Wijoyo, disarankan untuk menambah tenaga dokter. 

"Idealnya untuk pasien yang sekian banyak, di sini ada dokter lima. Lah itu disarankan oleh Pak Bupati untuk merekrut lagi tenaga dokter melalui BLUD karena kurang. Tapi sementara ini ada dokter internship yang setelah lulus di sini ada tiga orang," pungkas Titis.
