Polemik Hiburan Malam dan Toko Minol Kota Malang, DPRD Minta Satpol PP Dievaluasi

JATIMTIMES - Peredaran minuman beralkohol (minol) dan keberadaan tempat hiburan malam di Kota Malang kembali menjadi sorotan publik. Selain persoalan perizinan, lokasi usaha yang dinilai terlalu dekat dengan fasilitas pendidikan dan permukiman warga turut memicu polemik.

Salah satu tempat hiburan malam yang menjadi perhatian adalah The Soul di Jalan L.A. Sucipto. Tempat hiburan yang mulai beroperasi sejak akhir 2025 itu disebut berada sekitar 40 meter dari KB TK Plus Al Kautsar Malang.

Ketua Fraksi Gerindra DPRD Kota Malang, Danny Agung Prasetyo, menilai penanganan terhadap tempat hiburan malam tersebut belum menunjukkan ketegasan. Terlebih, Wali Kota Malang sebelumnya telah meminta adanya tindakan tegas dari penegak perda.

“Pernyataan Wali Kota Malang sudah meminta penegak Perda untuk melakukan tindakan tegas. Hanya saja Satpol PP sampai detik ini belum bergeming apa pun,” ujar Danny, Selasa (12/5/2026).

Danny mendorong adanya evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap kinerja Satpol PP Kota Malang. Menurutnya, instruksi terkait penanganan tempat hiburan malam sudah cukup jelas.

“Jelas bahwasanya untuk hiburan malamnya ditutup, tapi untuk restorannya tetap dibuka,” katanya.

Ia juga menyoroti pola penindakan Satpol PP yang dinilai tebang pilih. Sebab, di satu sisi penertiban terhadap pedagang kaki lima (PKL) berjalan aktif, namun penanganan tempat hiburan malam dianggap belum maksimal.

“Yang artinya ini perlu evaluasi terhadap kinerja Satpol PP. Ngoprak penjualan PKL nomor satu, cuma untuk hiburan malamnya melempem dan letoy,” tegasnya.

Penelusuran JatimTIMES menemukan, The Soul bukan satu-satunya tempat hiburan yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan fasilitas pendidikan. Beberapa tempat hiburan lain juga berada tidak jauh dari sekolah maupun kampus.

Salah satunya adalah Helen’s Play Mart di Jalan Tumenggung Suryo. Lokasinya disebut berjarak sekitar 1,5 kilometer dari Universitas Insan Budi Utomo (UIBU) di Jalan Citandui.

Selain itu, tempat karaoke The Nine dan Diva Family Karaoke di Jalan Tangkuban Perahu juga berada dekat dengan sarana pendidikan. Di antaranya SMA Laboratorium di Jalan Bromo dan SMK Bina Cendekia di Jalan Semeru dengan jarak kurang dari satu kilometer.

Kawasan Jalan Borobudur juga menjadi perhatian karena terdapat sejumlah tempat karaoke yang berdekatan dengan fasilitas pendidikan, termasuk STIKES Widyagama dan beberapa sekolah lain di sekitarnya.

Sementara itu, polemik toko minol eceran juga masih berlangsung. Baru-baru ini Satpol PP Kota Malang melakukan operasi terhadap tiga toko minol. Dua di antaranya berada di Kelurahan Gadingkasri, yakni Happiness Water dan Tipsy Tale.

Kedua toko tersebut menuai penolakan warga karena berada dekat kawasan permukiman dan lingkungan pondok pesantren. Dari operasi itu, Satpol PP mengamankan puluhan botol minol dari Happiness Water setelah diketahui izin penjualan minuman beralkoholnya belum lengkap.

Sedangkan toko Kobra Sejahtera di Kelurahan Sawojajar disebut telah mengantongi izin operasional. Meski demikian, keberadaannya tetap diprotes warga karena lokasinya berbatasan langsung dengan kawasan permukiman.
