JATIMTIMES - Aksi seorang pengamen yang meresahkan pengguna jalan di Kota Malang akhirnya berujung penindakan. Setelah sempat menjadi sorotan karena perilakunya yang agresif di persimpangan jalan, pelaku kini telah diamankan oleh petugas Satpol PP.
Peristiwa tersebut terjadi di perempatan Klenteng, Kota Malang, Minggu (26/4/2026) sekitar pukul 11.38 WIB. Saat itu, seorang pengendara yang tengah berhenti di lampu lalu lintas didatangi oleh pengamen.

Karena tidak diberi uang, pengamen tersebut terekam menggedor kaca mobil dan mengacungkan jari tengah, sehingga memicu rasa tidak nyaman di tengah kepadatan arus lalu lintas.
Aksi itu pun langsung menarik perhatian publik karena dinilai mengganggu ketertiban umum. Kejadian tersebut juga menambah daftar keluhan warga terhadap aktivitas pengamen yang dinilai semakin berani dan agresif di jalanan.
Kepala Bidang Keamanan dan Ketertiban Umum (KKU) Satpol PP Kota Malang, Mustaqim Jaya, membenarkan adanya insiden tersebut. Ia menjelaskan bahwa petugas bergerak cepat melakukan penelusuran setelah kejadian viral di masyarakat. Pelaku akhirnya berhasil diamankan di kawasan Pasar Besar pada Senin (27/4/2026) sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB. “Sudah diamankan tadi siang,” ujar Mustaqim saat dikonfirmasi Senin (27/4/2026).
Lebih lanjut, Mustaqim mengungkapkan bahwa pelaku bukan kali pertama berulah di jalanan Kota Malang. Riwayat penindakan sebelumnya juga menunjukkan bahwa yang bersangkutan pernah diamankan saat beroperasi di kawasan pertigaan Sabilillah pada April 2025.
“Yang bersangkutan sudah pernah ditindak. Dulu sempat membawa alat musik, sekarang bertindak dengan menggedor kaca mobil, sehingga cukup meresahkan,” ungkapnya.
Meski demikian, penanganan terhadap pelaku tidak dapat dilanjutkan melalui mekanisme tindak pidana ringan. Satpol PP menilai pendekatan pembinaan menjadi langkah yang lebih tepat untuk mencegah kejadian serupa terulang.

“Sudah kami serahkan ke Dinas Sosial untuk dilakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan,” imbuhnya.
Satpol PP berharap, langkah pembinaan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan efek jera sekaligus solusi jangka panjang bagi pelaku. Pendampingan yang lebih komprehensif diharapkan mampu mencegah yang bersangkutan kembali turun ke jalan dan mengulangi perbuatannya.
“Kami berharap dilakukan pembinaan secara paripurna, sehingga tidak kembali lagi ke jalan,” tandasnya.
