JATIMTIMES - Pelaksanaan hari kedua Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) 2026 masih diwarnai temuan kecurangan dengan pola yang belum banyak berubah. Ketua Umum Tim Penanggung Jawab Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) Eduart Wolok mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas pelanggaran yang terdeteksi masih berkaitan dengan manipulasi data peserta.

Menurut Eduart, sistem pengawasan berbasis teknologi yang digunakan panitia mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai kejanggalan, termasuk ketidaksesuaian foto peserta dengan identitas yang terdaftar. Hal ini menjadi salah satu indikator kuat adanya upaya kecurangan.

“Pola kecurangan masih sama, terutama terkait pemalsuan data. Namun, dengan bantuan sistem berbasis AI, kami bisa mendeteksi perbedaan data secara lebih cepat,” ujarnya, Rabu (22/4).

Pada hari kedua pelaksanaan UTBK, panitia mencatat sekitar 2.640 data anomali yang berpotensi mengarah pada praktik kecurangan. Meski jumlahnya cukup besar, pihak SNPMB memastikan sistem yang ada saat ini mampu melakukan mitigasi secara efektif.

Eduart menegaskan bahwa kemampuan deteksi ini merupakan hasil evaluasi dari pelaksanaan UTBK tahun sebelumnya yang praktik kecurangan sempat terjadi secara masif. Kini, pola-pola tersebut telah dipetakan sehingga penanganannya menjadi lebih terarah.

Sementara itu, pada hari pertama UTBK 2026, jumlah potensi kecurangan bahkan mencapai sekitar 2.940 kasus. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa tantangan dalam menjaga integritas seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) masih cukup tinggi.

Modus Kecurangan Semakin Berkembang

Seiring kemajuan teknologi, cara-cara yang digunakan untuk berbuat curang juga semakin bervariasi. Tidak hanya metode lama, pelaku kini memanfaatkan perangkat digital hingga jaringan terorganisir. Berikut beberapa modus yang ditemukan:

1. Pemalsuan identitas

Modus ini masih menjadi yang paling sering terjadi. Pelaku memanipulasi dokumen agar orang lain (joki) bisa menggantikan peserta saat ujian berlangsung.

2. Penggunaan alat komunikasi tersembunyi

Beberapa peserta diduga menggunakan perangkat komunikasi kecil untuk menerima jawaban dari pihak luar secara real-time.

3. Keterlibatan sindikat

Ada pula indikasi keterlibatan pihak ketiga yang menawarkan jasa kelulusan dengan imbalan biaya tertentu. Praktik ini biasanya terorganisir dan menyasar peserta yang merasa tertekan untuk lolos seleksi.

Panitia SNPMB mengingatkan seluruh peserta UTBK agar tidak tergoda melakukan kecurangan dalam bentuk apa pun. Selain berisiko didiskualifikasi, tindakan tersebut juga dapat berdampak pada masa depan akademik peserta.

Dengan sistem pengawasan yang semakin ketat dan berbasis teknologi, peluang untuk lolos melalui cara curang semakin kecil. Oleh karena itu, peserta diimbau untuk mengandalkan kemampuan sendiri dalam menghadapi ujian.

UTBK sebagai gerbang masuk perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia diharapkan tetap menjadi seleksi yang adil, transparan, dan menjunjung tinggi integritas.
