JATIMTIMES - Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Ahmad Baharudin menghadiri Musyawarah Kabupaten Luar Biasa (Muskablub) Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI) Kabupaten Tulungagung. Muskablub ini digelar di ruang Graha Wicaksana Kantor DPRD Tulungagung, Sabtu (18/4/2026) malam.

Agenda Muskablub ini diantaranya pemilihan Ketua Umum baru untuk masa bhakti 2026–2030. Selain Plt Bupati Tulungagung, acar ini dihadiri para tokoh penting, di antaranya Wakil Ketua Umum IV Pengprov IPSI Jawa Timur Sholahuddin Fathurrahman, serta perwakilan pengurus dari seluruh perguruan pencak silat yang bernaung di bawah IPSI.

​Dalam sambutanya, Ahmad Baharudin menyampaikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh keluarga besar IPSI Tulungagung yang selama ini telah menjadi mitra strategis pemerintah dalam menjaga stabilitas keamanan melalui semangat kolektif “Jogo Tulungagung”.

​”Terima kasih kepada seluruh pengurus dan anggota IPSI yang telah bahu-membahu menjaga Tulungagung. Komitmen ‘Jogo Tulungagung’ yang kita ikrarkan bersama adalah kekuatan utama dalam menjaga kondusivitas daerah,” ucap Baharudin panggilan akrab Plt Bupati Tulungagung.

​Dalam kesempatan itu, Baharudin menekankan bahwa keberagaman perguruan di dalam IPSI bukanlah sekat pemisah, melainkan warna yang memperkaya persatuan. Pihaknya berharap IPSI terus berperan aktif mengendalikan situasi sosial agar tetap harmonis, aman, dan damai.

"​Melalui Muskablub ini, saya berharap akan lahir sosok pemimpin dan jajaran pengurus yang solid," tuturnya. 

Pihaknya juga menginginkan program kerja IPSI ke depan tidak hanya fokus pada prestasi olahraga, akan tetapi juga pada penguatan ekonomi dan stabilitas sosial kemasyarakatan.

​”Saya yakin IPSI mampu mewarnai dan membantu pemerintah dalam menjaga stabilitas. Kami mohon dukungan penuh dari seluruh anggota untuk menciptakan suasana yang kondusif di tengah masyarakat,” harapnya.

Sebagai bentuk komitmen, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung menyatakan kesiapannya untuk terus memberikan dukungan serta fasilitasi terhadap berbagai kegiatan IPSI di masa mendatang.

“Sinergi antara pemerintah dan organisasi bela diri ini diharapkan mampu membawa nama baik Tulungagung di kancah yang lebih luas,” ungkapnya. 

​Sebelum menutup sambutan Baharudin berpesan agar seluruh perguruan silat tetap mengedepankan kolaborasi di atas kompetisi demi kemajuan daerah yang berkelanjutan.
