JATIMTIMES – Seorang wanita berinisial DA alias Dwi Anjar, warga Desa Puter, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, Kabupaten Lamongan, dilaporkan oleh TAL alias Nindy (28) warga Desa Miyono, Kecamatan Sekar, Kabupaten Bojonegoro ke Polres Lamongan, Kamis (9/4/2026). DA diduga melakukan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media elektronik, hingga pelapor merasa dirugikan lantaran dinilai menyerang kehormatan dirinya.

Kasus ini bermula pada Juli 2025 sekitar pukul 18.50 WIB. Saat itu, pelapor yang tengah berada di sebuah rumah kos di Jalan Sumargo, Kelurahan Tlogoanyar, Lamongan, mendapat informasi dari rekannya terkait unggahan status WhatsApp milik terlapor.

Dalam unggahan tersebut, terlapor diduga memuat foto pelapor disertai tulisan bernada ejekan fisik serta tuduhan yang dinilai tidak berdasar. Selain itu, pelapor juga menyebut terlapor hingga kini masih kerap melontarkan komentar bernada negatif di media sosial yang mengarah pada dirinya, meskipun tanpa menyebut nama secara langsung.

“Dia sampai saat ini masih sering berkomentar di media sosial tentang beberapa orang yang bermuatan pencemaran nama baik, dan ada suatu waktu berkomentar tentang saya, namun tidak menyebut nama, tetapi mendeskripsikan alamat, kendaraan, dan hal-hal tentang saya,” ungkapnya.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, Dwi Anjar yang diketahui bekerja di sebuah kafe di Bojonegoro itu bukan kali pertama tersangkut perkara serupa. Sebelumnya, ia juga pernah dilaporkan ke SPKT Polres Lamongan pada Rabu, 12 November 2025 oleh pelapor berbeda. Namun, kasus tersebut saat itu diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan.

Dalam penyelesaian sebelumnya, terlapor bahkan telah membuat surat pernyataan di hadapan pihak kepolisian untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Namun, karena diduga kembali melakukan hal serupa, pelapor kali ini memilih menempuh jalur hukum.

“Dulu Anjar ini pernah dilaporkan ke SPKT Polres Lamongan, tapi diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan. Saat itu dia sudah membuat surat pernyataan untuk tidak mengulangi perbuatannya. Ternyata sekarang berulah lagi, jadi harus ada efek jera,” ujar Nindy saat ditemui di depan SPKT Polres Lamongan.

Saat ini, pihak kepolisian masih melakukan pendalaman terhadap laporan tersebut dan memastikan akan menindaklanjuti sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
