JATIMTIMES - Reklame film Aku Harus Mati yang sempat terpasang di jembatan penyeberangan orang (JPO) Kajoetangan akhirnya diturunkan. Penertiban dilakukan setelah muncul gelombang keluhan masyarakat di media sosial.

Laporan warga masuk ke Satpol PP Kota Malang pada Minggu (5/4). Menindaklanjuti hal itu, petugas langsung bergerak melakukan penurunan pada hari yang sama.

Kepala Bidang Penegakan dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan Daerah (PPUD) Satpol PP Kota Malang Denny Surya Wardhana menyebut penertiban dilakukan atas instruksi pimpinan. Ia menjelaskan, perintah tersebut datang dari Kepala Satpol PP Kota Malang Heru Mulyono pada Minggu sore.

Petugas kemudian menuju lokasi dengan melibatkan bantuan UPT Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Malang. Proses penurunan berlangsung tanpa kendala berarti.

Denny menegaskan, pemasangan reklame di JPO memang dilarang secara tegas dalam regulasi daerah. Aturan itu tertuang dalam Perda Kota Malang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022.

“Larangan pemasangan reklame salah satunya di JPO. Itu sesuai Pasal 18 ayat (2) huruf S,” ujar Denny.

Ia menambahkan, selain JPO, terdapat sedikitnya 24 titik lain yang juga dilarang untuk pemasangan reklame. Di antaranya kawasan kantor pemerintahan, taman kota, hutan kota, hingga jalur hijau.

Terkait pemasangan reklame tersebut, Denny mengaku ada informasi awal mengenai kerja sama antara pemerintah kota dengan pihak pelaku usaha. Namun, hal itu masih perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut.

“Kami prioritaskan penurunan karena substansi reklame memicu keresahan masyarakat,” ujar dia.

Untuk memastikan legalitas dan prosedur perizinan, Satpol PP akan berkoordinasi dengan sejumlah perangkat daerah seperti DPMPTSP dan Bapenda Kota Malang.

Denny menambahkan, keputusan terkait kemungkinan pemasangan reklame di lokasi tersebut ke depan masih menunggu hasil koordinasi lintas instansi. Sebab,  perizinan reklame melibatkan lebih dari satu perangkat daerah. 

Sampai saat ini, JatimTIMES masih belum mendapat keterangan resmi dari Disnaker-PMPTSP Kota Malang terkait perizinan reklame tersebut.
