JATIMTIMES - Biaya pemakaman saat ini jauh lebih mahal dibandingkan dulu karena ada biaya-biaya lain yang perlu dibayarkan saat proses pemakaman. Biaya ini juga sangat dipengaruhi jenis pemakaman yang dipilih oleh anggota keluarga. 

Kalau pemakaman yang dipilih merupakan pemakaman swasta biasanya biayanya lebih mahal dibandingkan pemakaman umum. Untuk tahu lebih jelas mengenai rincian biaya tersebut sebaiknya lihat ulasan berikut ini.

Biaya Makam Berdasarkan Jenis Pemakaman

Anggota keluarga yang ditinggalkan harus mempersiapkan sejumlah dana untuk biaya makam yang terdiri dari harga lahan makam, biaya perawatan dan biaya lainnya. Pemakaman Umum

Tempat pemakaman umum merupakan jenis pemakaman yang ditunjukkan untuk masyarakat umum yang pengelolaannya dilakukan pihak pemerintah daerah. Ada banyak tempat pemakaman umum di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah TPU di Jakarta. Tempat pemakaman ini dikelola pemerintah daerah DKI Jakarta sesuai dengan aturan undang-undang No.1 Thn. 2015 terkait pengurusan pemakaman, retribusi daerah dan juga biaya untuk pemakaman.

Biaya untuk pemakaman umum terbilang cukup murah sekitar 275 ribu yang mencangkup biaya sewa lahan makam selama 3 tahun mulai dari nol rupiah sampai 100 ribu, biaya ambulans sebesar 100 ribu dan juga biaya penggunaan alat untuk merawat jenazah sebesar 75 ribu. Biaya sewa tanah di pemakaman umum biasanya disesuaikan dengan area atau jenis blok yang tersedia di area pemakaman yang berlangsung selama 3 tahun.

Anggota keluarga bisa memperpanjang sewa area makam dengan membayar biaya sekitar 50% dari total biaya makam yang sudah dibayarkan sebelumnya. Jika anggota keluarga tidak memperpanjang sewa pada biaya pemakaman nantinya makam keluarga akan diberikan untuk jenazah baru.

Pemakaman Swasta

Pemakaman swasta merupakan tempat pemakaman yang dikelola perusahaan swasta atau sebagian kelompok tertentu. Biasanya area pemakaman swasta merupakan area makam mewah yang sangat berbeda dengan area pemakaman umum. Area pemakaman ini sudah dilengkapi berbagai macam fasilitas yang dapat membuat pengunjung merasa nyaman dan aman saat berada di area pemakaman sewaktu berziarah.

Selain fasilitasnya yang lengkap, pemakaman swasta seperti Pemakaman Islam Al Azhar Memorial Garden juga menyediakan berbagai macam paket makam dengan harga yang bervariasi. Contoh paket makam yang tersedia adalah paket single yang diperuntukkan untuk 1 orang, paket makam double dan juga paket makam untuk keluarga. Untuk biayanya dimulai dari 40 sampai dengan 200 juta yang sudah termasuk biaya perawatan makam.

Cara Menghemat Biaya Pemakaman

Untuk bisa menghemat biaya makam maka perlu melakukan perencanaan yang matang yang mencakup tempat pemakaman, jenis layanan dan juga jenis nisan yang ingin digunakan. Usahakan untuk memilih tempat pemakaman yang menawarkan berbagai macam promo agar biaya makam tidak terlalu mahal.

Selanjutnya pilih layanan yang sesuai kebutuhan saja agar tidak perlu mengeluarkan banyak biaya untuk membayar layanan-layanan yang disediakan pihak tempat pemakaman. Selain itu, gunakan batu nisan dari material yang tidak terlalu mahal harganya supaya biaya pemakaman tidak melebihi dana yang dimiliki.
