Serial Boneka Jahat "Chucky" Segera Tayang Lagi

INDONESIATIMES - Teror boneka jahat "Chucky" akan segera kembali ke layar kaca dalam waktu dekat ini. 

Rilis boneka jahat itu didahului dengan teaser Chucky berdurasi 15 detik yang baru saja dirilis statisun televisi SYFY.  Dalam teaser serial karya Don Mancini itu, terlihat bagaimana isi  boneka Chucky, yang terlihat seperti robot.

 Selain itu, tampak  boneka tersebut bergerak sambil memegang sebilah pisau.  "Saya selalu kembali," ujar Chucky dalam video tersebut. Untuk pengisi suara, serial ini masih memercayakannya kepada Brad Dourif.  

Dilansir melalui situs SYFR, Don Mancini menyebut betapa pentingnya wujud asli Chucky benar-benar dihadirkan di lokasi syuting tanpa menggunakan teknologi manipulatif. Diketahui, hal itu ternyata sudah dilakukan di film-film Chucky sebelumnya.  

Mancini mengatakan, dalam serial terbarunya ini, hampir 100 persen adegan yang melibatkan Chucky, boneka Chucky benar-benar dihadirkan di lokasi syuting dan beradu peran dengan para aktor.

"Kami menggunakan boneka Chucky di hampir 100 persen adegan. Di film Curse of Chucky, kami hanya menggunakan teknologi CG sebanyak dua shot," ujar Mancini.

Melalui keterangan teaser terbaru Chucky, serial ini akan hadir pada pertengahan  2021 mendatang serta akan tayang di SYFY dan USA Networks
