JATIMTIMES – Aliansi Mahasiswa BEM Nusantara Jawa Timur (Jatim) menggelar aksi damai guna menolak perlakuan istimewa serta dugaan benturan kepentingan dalam penanganan kasus korupsi dan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) yang menjerat mantan Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Febrie Adriansyah (FA).
Sebagai bentuk keprihatinan mendalam atas kondisi penegakan hukum saat ini, aliansi mahasiswa menyertakan aksi simbolis berupa pengiriman karangan bunga duka cita yang ditujukan ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jatim, Selasa (21/7/2026).

Karangan bunga tersebut dikirimkan sebagai simbol berkabungnya rasa keadilan dan supremasi hukum di Indonesia akibat adanya indikasi tebang pilih dalam penanganan perkara.
Koordinator Daerah BEM Nusantara Jawa Timur, Muhammad Zainnur Abdillah, menjelaskan bahwa aksi simbolis ini lahir dari kekecewaan publik terhadap perlakuan diskriminatif pasca-pelimpahan berkas perkara dari Polri ke Kejaksaan Agung.

Tersangka dari pihak swasta langsung ditahan, sementara mantan pejabat tinggi Kejaksaan Agung yang kediamannya ditemukan barang bukti fantastis senilai Rp476 miliar dan 74 kg emas batangan justru tidak ditahan setelah pemeriksaan. Ini menjadi catatan serius bagi agenda pemberantasan korupsi," ujar Zainnur.
Guna menyikapi sengkarut penanganan perkara tersebut, BEM Nusantara Jawa Timur merumuskan formula tuntutan "Panca + 1 Reformasi Hukum". Pertama, mahasiswa mendesak Kejaksaan Agung untuk segera menghentikan "karpet merah" impunitas dan langsung menahan tersangka Febrie Adriansyah demi menegakkan asas kesamaan kedudukan di hadapan hukum tanpa pandang bulu. Kedua, mereka menolak keras skenario penyidikan internal "jeruk makan jeruk" dan mendesak pembubaran "Tim Sembilan" bentukan Kejaksaan Agung karena dinilai sarat benturan kepentingan secara etika maupun struktural.
Selanjutnya pada poin ketiga, BEM Nusantara Jawa Timur meminta Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk segera mengambil alih seluruh berkas perkara korupsi dan TPPU ini dari Kejaksaan Agung guna menjamin independensi, transparansi, serta objektivitas penyidikan.

Keempat, mereka menuntut pembongkaran safe house scheme secara transparan, khususnya terkait kepemilikan aset yang disita di Sentul City serta pengusutan jaringan money changer yang diduga memfasilitasi pencucian uang tersebut.
Kelima, aliansi mahasiswa mengecam segala bentuk tameng politik dari manuver pengacara maupun elite politik yang mencoba menyeret nama Presiden RI, sekaligus mendesak Presiden Prabowo Subianto agar tetap konsisten menutup ruang bagi pihak yang mencari perlindungan politik.
Sebagai tuntutan tambahan (+1), BEM Nusantara Jawa Timur mendesak DPR RI dan Pemerintah untuk segera mengesahkan RUU Perampasan Aset. Penemuan aset fantastis di rumah aman tersebut menjadi bukti mendesaknya regulasi perampasan aset guna memulihkan kerugian negara secara cepat tanpa terhambat birokrasi peradilan yang berlarut-larut.
