JATIMTIMES – Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar meningkatkan kapasitas layanan permohonan paspor harian sebesar 75 persen. Sejak 1 Juli 2026, kuota pelayanan yang semula 120 permohonan per hari bertambah menjadi 210 permohonan per hari. Kebijakan ini merupakan tindak lanjut instruksi Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi untuk memperkuat kualitas pelayanan publik sekaligus mengakomodasi meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap dokumen perjalanan.
Kepala Seksi Dokumen Perjalanan dan Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar, Nursatyo Adi Wicakso, mengatakan penambahan kuota diterapkan secara nasional dengan menyesuaikan kapasitas masing-masing kantor imigrasi. Penyesuaian tersebut mempertimbangkan kesiapan sarana dan prasarana, serta jumlah petugas yang tersedia di setiap satuan kerja.

Penambahan ini merupakan instruksi Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi yang diterapkan di seluruh kantor imigrasi dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan masing-masing satuan kerja," ujar Nursatyo, Kamis (16/7/2026).
Menurutnya, peningkatan kuota menjadi langkah strategis untuk menjawab tingginya permintaan layanan paspor yang terus menunjukkan tren positif. Saat ini, rata-rata permohonan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Blitar mencapai sekitar 150 pemohon setiap hari. Dengan kapasitas baru yang lebih besar, masyarakat diharapkan dapat memperoleh layanan lebih cepat tanpa harus menghadapi antrean yang panjang.
Meski kapasitas pelayanan meningkat cukup signifikan, jam operasional tidak mengalami perubahan. Layanan permohonan paspor tetap dibuka pada hari kerja mulai pukul 07.30 hingga 16.00 WIB. Dengan demikian, masyarakat tetap dapat mengakses layanan sesuai jadwal yang berlaku, sementara proses pelayanan diharapkan menjadi lebih efektif berkat penambahan kuota tersebut.
Tak hanya memperbesar kapasitas pelayanan di kantor, Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar juga terus memperluas akses layanan melalui program jemput bola. Program yang menjadi bagian dari komitmen "Imigrasi untuk Rakyat" itu diwujudkan dengan menghadirkan pelayanan keimigrasian di berbagai lokasi, di antaranya melalui kegiatan Car Free Day serta pelayanan permohonan paspor secara kolektif bagi kelompok masyarakat.
Langkah tersebut menjadi upaya menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang lebih dekat, mudah dijangkau, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Melalui layanan jemput bola, masyarakat tidak selalu harus datang ke kantor imigrasi untuk memperoleh akses terhadap sejumlah layanan keimigrasian.
"Melalui komitmen 'Imigrasi untuk Rakyat', kami ingin mendekatkan pelayanan keimigrasian kepada masyarakat. Karena itu, kami terus menghadirkan layanan jemput bola di berbagai lokasi agar akses terhadap layanan imigrasi semakin mudah dan menjangkau lebih banyak masyarakat," kata Nursatyo.

Ia menambahkan, peningkatan kuota pelayanan yang diiringi dengan perluasan akses melalui program jemput bola diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat di wilayah kerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar. Di sisi lain, kebijakan tersebut juga menjadi bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keimigrasian yang cepat, mudah, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat.
"Harapan kami, masyarakat semakin mudah mengakses layanan paspor tanpa harus menunggu lama," pungkas Nursatyo.
Melalui penambahan kapasitas hingga 210 pemohon per hari, Kantor Imigrasi Blitar optimistis mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus meningkat sekaligus memperkuat transformasi pelayanan publik yang profesional, adaptif, dan semakin dekat dengan masyarakat.
