JATIMTIMES - RANS Nusantara FC resmi menjadikan Stadion Kanjuruhan, Kabupaten Malang, sebagai markas baru untuk menghadapi kompetisi Liga 2 musim 2026/2027. Keputusan tersebut sekaligus memastikan stadion kebanggaan Malang itu akan kembali menjadi salah satu pusat penyelenggaraan kompetisi sepak bola nasional.
Manajemen RANS Nusantara FC mengungkapkan, pemilihan Stadion Kanjuruhan dilakukan setelah melalui berbagai pertimbangan. Salah satu faktor utama adalah kualitas stadion yang telah memenuhi standar penyelenggaraan Liga 1 sehingga dinilai layak menunjang kebutuhan tim sepanjang musim.

Selain memiliki fasilitas yang memadai, lokasi Stadion Kanjuruhan juga dinilai strategis. Sebab, stadion tersebut berada paling dekat dengan Kota Batu yang menjadi basis persiapan RANS Nusantara FC pada musim lalu.
Perwakilan Manajemen RANS Nusantara FC, Dwitunggal Wiyas Purwaka, mengatakan keputusan tersebut juga menjadi langkah untuk mempertahankan kedekatan tim dengan kawasan Malang Raya. Terlebih, musim lalu RANS Nusantara FC sukses menjuarai Liga 3 setelah menjalani persiapan di Kota Batu.
"Kami memilih Stadion Kanjuruhan karena itu stadion yang sudah digunakan untuk Liga 1 oleh Arema. Lokasinya paling dekat dengan homebase musim lalu di Kota Batu," ujar Dwitunggal Wiyas Purwaka.
Dengan berkandang di Stadion Kanjuruhan, RANS Nusantara FC berharap dapat menjalani kompetisi Liga 2 musim 2026/2027 dengan dukungan fasilitas berstandar tinggi. Manajemen juga ingin terus menjaga hubungan baik dengan masyarakat Malang Raya yang selama ini memberikan sambutan positif terhadap keberadaan tim.

Di sisi lain, manajemen RANS Nusantara FC juga telah menjalin komunikasi dan bersilaturahmi dengan Arema FC. Langkah tersebut dilakukan mengingat Stadion Kanjuruhan selama ini menjadi markas klub berjuluk Singo Edan tersebut.
Kehadiran RANS Nusantara FC di Stadion Kanjuruhan pun diperkirakan akan menambah semarak atmosfer sepak bola di Malang Raya. Selain menjadi kandang Arema FC, stadion ini kini juga akan menjadi rumah bagi RANS Nusantara FC dalam perjuangan mereka memburu prestasi di Liga 2 musim 2026/2027.
