JATIMTIMES – Puluhan penerima program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) mengalami gangguan kesehatan setelah menyantap menu dari Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) 1 Karangsono, Desa Karangsono, Kecamatan Bangsalsari, Kabupaten Jember.
Menu MBG itu didistribusikan pada Hari Selasa (14/07/2026). Namun, media mendapatkan informasi sehari setelah acara itu ramai menjadi perbincangan pada Rabu (15/07/2026) malam.

Mendapat informasi adanya dugaan keracunan itu, awak media berupaya memastikan kebenarannya dengan mendatangi korban yang sedang di rawat di Puskesmas Sukorejo.
Sementara sebagian korban masih menjalani perawatan intensif di sejumlah fasilitas kesehatan.
Siti Munawaroh, salah satu wali murid yang masih dirawat di Puskesmas Sukorejo, menceritakan pengalaman pahitnya usai mengonsumsi makanan yang dibawa pulang oleh kedua putranya, siswa SD Negeri Karangsono dan salah satu TK.
“Saya mendapatkan makanan dari anak saya,” ujarnya dengan suara lirih dari balik kasur perawatan.
Menu yang diterimanya terdiri dari nasi, tempe orak-arik, tumis manis, buah anggur dan telur puyuh. "Telurnya bau, padahal sudah saya cuci," keluhnya.
Tak berselang lama setelah menyantap hidangan tersebut, Siti mengalami diare hebat. “Ya gak tau, tiba-tiba saja saya mancur-mancur,” ungkapnya.
Data sementara mencatat para korban terdiri dari tujuh murid taman kanak-kanak (TK), sejumlah siswa sekolah fasar (SD), beberapa balita posyandu, dan seorang wali murid bernama Siti Munawaroh.

Mereka mengeluhkan gejala yang beragam, mulai diare, mual, sakit perut, pusing, hingga lemas usai mengonsumsi menu MBG tersebut.
Korban menjalani perawatan di tiga lokasi. Yakni Puskesmas Sukorejo, Kecamatan Bangsalsari; Klinik Rowotamtu Kecamatan Rambipuji; dan Puskesmas Paleran, Kecamatan Umbulsari.
Beberapa korban lain telah diperbolehkan pulang setelah mendapat penanganan awal.
Sementara, Kepala Dapur SPPG 1 Karangsono yang akrab disapa Mas Bagus masih enggan memberikan komentar saat dikonfirmasi melalui WhatsApp. "Untuk sementara saya belum bisa memberikan keterangan. Besok Kamis (16/07/2026), kami bersama tim satgas akan melakukan observasi terlebih dahulu," ujarnya.
