JATIMTIMES – BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Wilayah Jawa Timur terus memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor guna memperluas perlindungan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (Jamsostek) bagi para pekerja. Komitmen tersebut diwujudkan melalui audiensi dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur yang berlangsung di Ruang Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur, Selasa (14/7/2026).
Audiensi dipimpin langsung Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Wilayah Jawa Timur Irvansyah Utoh Banja. Dia diterima Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur Dr Abdul Qohar AF SH MH. Pertemuan berlangsung hangat dan menjadi langkah strategis memperkuat sinergi kedua lembaga dalam mendukung implementasi program Jamsostek di Jawa Timur.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Utoh menjelaskan bahwa kerja sama dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pemberi kerja terhadap kewajiban mendaftarkan pekerjanya sebagai peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, khususnya pekerja formal atau penerima upah.
"Audiensi ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk semakin memperkuat kolaborasi antara BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur, khususnya dalam aspek perdata dan tata usaha negara. Dukungan Kejaksaan sangat penting dalam memastikan kepatuhan pemberi kerja terhadap kewajiban memberikan perlindungan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan kepada seluruh pekerjanya," ujar Utoh.
Fokus Perluasan Kepesertaan dan Penegakan Kepatuhan
Menurut Utoh, salah satu agenda utama yang dibahas adalah optimalisasi pelaksanaan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 tentang Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan. Melalui kolaborasi yang semakin kuat, implementasi regulasi tersebut diharapkan mampu memperluas cakupan kepesertaan di seluruh wilayah Jawa Timur.
Saat ini, universal voverage Jamsostek (UCJ) Jawa Timur tercatat mencapai 25,32 persen dari sekitar 21 juta pekerja atau sekitar 5,3 juta pekerja telah menjadi peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Angka tersebut masih terus didorong melalui penguatan sinergi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk aparat penegak hukum.

Selain membahas perluasan kepesertaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan juga menyampaikan apresiasi atas dukungan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur dalam pendampingan penagihan piutang iuran melalui mekanisme Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) di bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara.
Kerja sama yang dilakukan bersama jajaran Kejaksaan di seluruh kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Timur terbukti memberikan hasil positif. Sepanjang tahun 2025, pendampingan melalui SKK berhasil mendorong pemulihan piutang iuran dengan nilai mencapai Rp36 miliar.
"Kami mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi kepada Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur atas dukungan yang telah diberikan. Pendampingan yang dilakukan terbukti efektif dalam membantu pemulihan piutang iuran, sehingga hak-hak pekerja untuk memperoleh perlindungan jaminan sosial dapat tetap terjamin," tambah Utoh.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan optimistis sinergi dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur akan semakin meningkatkan kepatuhan badan usaha terhadap kepesertaan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan. Kolaborasi ini diharapkan memperluas perlindungan bagi pekerja sekaligus mendukung terciptanya ekosistem ketenagakerjaan yang lebih produktif, aman, dan sejahtera di Jawa Timur.
