JATIMTIMES – Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pangan Zulkifli Hasan menegaskan transformasi pelabuhan menuju ekosistem yang hijau dan cerdas menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk memperkuat sistem logistik nasional. Hal itu disampaikannya saat menghadiri puncak Green and Smart Port Initiatives (GSPI) ASRI 2026 di Dermaga C Petrokimia Gresik, Rabu (15/7/2026).
"Pelabuhan adalah simpul strategis yang menghubungkan produksi, distribusi, hingga ketersediaan pangan di seluruh Indonesia. Karena itu, transformasi pelabuhan menuju ekosistem yang hijau dan cerdas bukan lagi sebuah pilihan, melainkan sebuah keharusan," tegas Zulhas.

Menurut Zulhas, ketahanan pangan tidak cukup ditopang oleh peningkatan produksi. Sistem logistik yang efisien dan berkelanjutan menjadi faktor penting agar hasil produksi dapat menjangkau seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
"GSPI ASRI bukan sekadar ajang penghargaan, tetapi wadah memperkuat komitmen bersama membangun pelabuhan yang berdaya saing, mendukung ketahanan pangan, sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan," ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS) milik Petrokimia Gresik dinobatkan sebagai Pelabuhan Terbaik Nasional dalam asesmen Green and Smart Port. TUKS mencatat nilai 94 persen, meningkat dari 82 persen pada 2022, melalui penerapan tata kelola pelabuhan yang mengedepankan efisiensi energi, digitalisasi operasional, serta inovasi berkelanjutan.
Sementara itu, Direktur Utama Petrokimia Gresik, Daconi Khotob, mengatakan capaian tersebut merupakan bentuk komitmen perusahaan dalam menghadirkan pengelolaan pelabuhan yang modern dan berkelanjutan.
"Kepelabuhanan merupakan infrastruktur strategis yang memastikan kelancaran pasokan bahan baku bagi proses produksi serta distribusi pupuk guna mendukung kedaulatan pangan nasional. Penghargaan ini menjadi apresiasi atas kerja keras seluruh insan Petrokimia Gresik," katanya.

Daconi menegaskan Petrokimia Gresik akan terus memperkuat transformasi kepelabuhanan melalui digitalisasi, peningkatan standar keselamatan, efisiensi layanan, dan inovasi berkelanjutan.
"Kami tidak akan berhenti pada penghargaan ini. Transformasi kepelabuhanan akan terus kami maksimalkan agar mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan sekaligus mendukung sistem logistik pangan nasional," pungkasnya.
