JATIMTIMES – Pemerintah Kota Batu kini memperketat pengawasan proyek rehabilitasi 100 unit Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) di wilayahnya. Langkah pengawasan intensif ini dipercepat demi mengejar target penyelesaian fisik secara menyeluruh pada Oktober mendatang.

Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) tahun anggaran berjalan ini tersebar di sejumlah titik strategis. Sebarannya meliputi Desa Sumberbrantas sebanyak 37 unit, Kelurahan Temas 31 unit, Desa Oro-Oro Ombo 10 unit, Kelurahan Pesanggrahan dua unit, serta sisanya tersebar di beberapa kelurahan lain. Ke

Pemerintah pusat melalui Ketua Satgas Perumahan RI, Hashim Djojohadikusumo, menegaskan bahwa percepatan pengerjaan fisik ini berkorelasi langsung dengan kenyamanan para penerima manfaat di daerah.

Selain pembenahan fisik bangunan, pemerintah pusat juga menyiapkan langkah intervensi lanjutan berupa program sertifikasi tanah gratis bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR).

“Kami berharap setiap tahun semakin banyak masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang memperoleh sertifikat tanah secara gratis sehingga kepastian hukum atas aset mereka juga terjamin,” ujar Hashim Djojohadikusumob saat peninjauan di Kota Batu beberapa waktu lalu.

Merespons instruksi tersebut, Kepala Bidang Perumahan Disperkim Kota Batu, Prasetyo Bagus Wicaksono, menyatakan kesiapannya untuk mengawal komitmen linimasa penyelesaian di lapangan agar terhindar dari keterlambatan.

“Kami menargetkan seluruh proses pembangunan dan renovasi selesai pada Oktober,” tegas Prasetyo saat dikonfirmasi , belum lama ini.

Berbeda dengan proyek konstruksi reguler, pria yang disapa Pras itu menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan BSPS ini sepenuhnya menanggalkan jasa kontraktor swasta. Pihaknya mengedepankan pola swadaya yang bertumpu pada kekuatan gotong royong masyarakat lokal demi memupuk rasa kepemilikan lingkungan.

Kendati dikerjakan secara komunal, Disperkim Kota Batu tetap menerjunkan tim teknis khusus guna mengawasi standardisasi kualitas bahan bangunan, spesifikasi material, hingga transparansi serapan anggaran stimulan di tingkat bawah.

“Kami akan melakukan pemantauan secara berkala agar kualitas bangunan tetap terjaga dan pekerjaan selesai sesuai jadwal,” pungkas Pras.
