JATIMTIMES - Pengunduran diri Febrie Adriansyah dari jabatan Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung terus menjadi perhatian publik. Menanggapi hal tersebut, Istana memastikan keputusan itu tidak perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan penerbitan Keputusan Presiden (Keppres).

Menteri Sekretaris Negara (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi menjelaskan, pengunduran diri seorang pejabat atas permintaan pribadi tidak membutuhkan Keppres. Sebab, keputusan tersebut berasal dari pihak yang bersangkutan yang menyatakan mundur dari jabatan yang diembannya.

"Berkenaan dengan pertanyaan Keppres pengunduran diri atas nama saudara Febrie Adriansyah dari jabatan sebagai Jampidsus, kalau pengunduran diri tentu tidak menggunakan Keppres karena pengunduran diri bersifat pribadi dari yang bersangkutan yang menyatakan mundur dari kapasitas jabatan yang diemban. Jadi tidak menggunakan Keppres," ujar Prasetyo Hadi melalui keterangan singkat, Senin (13/7/2026).

Menurutnya, Keppres baru diperlukan apabila nantinya terdapat pengangkatan pejabat baru untuk mengisi posisi Jampidsus. Proses tersebut harus melalui mekanisme pengusulan dari Kejaksaan Agung sebelum ditetapkan oleh Presiden.

"Mekanismenya adalah jabatan tersebut diangkat dan ditetapkan oleh Presiden melalui Keppres berdasarkan usulan dari Jaksa Agung, yang sampai hari ini kami belum menerima usulan tersebut," jelasnya.

Sebelumnya, Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung Anang Supriatna membenarkan bahwa Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Febrie Adriansyah pada Sabtu (11/7/2026).

Anang menyampaikan, keputusan Febrie mundur dari posisi Jampidsus merupakan langkah untuk menjaga integritas, objektivitas, dan netralitas dalam proses penegakan hukum. Hal itu berkaitan dengan adanya proses hukum yang tengah berjalan di lingkungan Polri yang turut menyeret nama Febrie Adriansyah.

"Langkah yang diambil merupakan bentuk komitmen untuk menjaga integritas, objektivitas, serta netralitas di dalam proses penegakan hukum," ujar Anang.

Meski terjadi pergantian pada posisi pimpinan bidang tindak pidana khusus, Kejaksaan Agung memastikan aktivitas di Gedung Bundar tetap berjalan normal. Anang menegaskan, pengunduran diri Febrie Adriansyah tidak akan menghambat proses penanganan berbagai perkara yang sedang ditangani oleh jajaran Jampidsus. Dengan demikian, posisi Jampidsus saat ini masih menunggu proses pengisian pejabat baru sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku.
