Kejari Kota Malang Sentil Bahaya Suap dan Gratifikasi, Kepala SPPG Diminta Waspada

JATIMTIMES - Upaya pencegahan korupsi terus diperkuat oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Malang. Kali ini, lembaga penegak hukum tersebut menggandeng para kepala serikat pekerja/pegawai SPPG se-Kota Malang dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi Penerangan Hukum Kampanye Anti-Korupsi Tahun 2026 yang digelar di aula Kejari Kota Malang, Rabu (24/6/2026).

Sebanyak 20 perwakilan kepala SPPG hadir dalam kegiatan yang menjadi bagian dari langkah preventif Kejari Kota Malang untuk membangun budaya antikorupsi sejak dini di lingkungan kerja maupun masyarakat.

Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri langsung Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Malang Tri Joko SH MH didampingi Kepala Seksi Intelijen Agung Tri Radityo SH MH beserta jajaran Intelijen Kejari Kota Malang.

Tri Joko menegaskan bahwa pemberantasan korupsi tidak cukup hanya mengandalkan penindakan. Menurut dia, edukasi hukum dan penguatan integritas menjadi kunci penting untuk menutup ruang terjadinya praktik korupsi.

"Kami berharap para kepala SPPG se-Kota Malang dapat menjadi role model atau teladan yang memimpin organisasinya dengan integritas dan transparansi. Kejari Kota Malang berkomitmen penuh untuk selalu terbuka menjadi mitra dialog, siap memberikan pendampingan, serta pengawalan regulasi demi menghindari kesalahan prosedur yang berpotensi melanggar hukum," ujar Tri Joko.

Peserta sosialisasi juga mendapatkan pemaparan materi dari Kasubsi I Seksi Intelijen Brigita Feby Florentina SH MH dan Kasubsi II Seksi Intelijen Muhammad Fathony Rizky Noorizain SH MH. Keduanya mengulas berbagai praktik yang kerap menjadi pintu masuk tindak pidana korupsi.

Dalam materi yang disampaikan, peserta diajak memahami berbagai bentuk pelanggaran yang harus diwaspadai, mulai dari suap-menyuap, pemerasan, gratifikasi, hingga benturan kepentingan dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa.

Tak hanya itu. Kejari Kota Malang juga mengingatkan kewenangan kejaksaan dalam melakukan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana tertentu, termasuk tindak pidana korupsi dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia berat sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia.

Melalui kampanye tersebut, Kejari Kota Malang berharap nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme semakin mengakar di berbagai sektor. Penguatan pemahaman hukum dinilai menjadi langkah penting untuk mendorong terciptanya tata kelola yang bersih, transparan, dan berintegritas.
