JATIMTIMES - Ikatan Alumni Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (IKA-PMII) bersama Tim Teraphis Astagina, melaksanakan bakti sosial. Menggandeng Pemerintah Desa Tambakrejo, Kecamatan Sumbergempol, Kabupaten Tulungagung , bakti sosial (baksos) yang diselenggarakan ini memberikan layanan pengobatan dan terapi alternatif, Minggu (14/6/2026).
Sekretaris Desa Tambakrejo, M.H. Ibnu Febrian dalam kegiatan ini mengatakan baksos yang diselenggarakan menyediakan layanan berupa pijat refleksi dan terapi bekam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu kesehatan masyarakat luas, khususnya masyarakat desa Tambakrejo.

Sejak pagi hari, warga mulai berdatangan ke lokasi kegiatan. Mereka memanfaatkan berbagai layanan terapi yang disediakan oleh tim terapis tanpa dikenakan tarif tertentu.
Program ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian sosial terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, warga diberikan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan layanan terapi alternatif yang biasanya membutuhkan biaya cukup besar apabila dilakukan secara mandiri di tempat praktik kesehatan.
Berbagai jenis layanan disediakan dalam kegiatan tersebut. Mulai dari pijat refleksi, bekam, akupuntur, gurah, hingga ruqyah. Seluruh layanan dilakukan oleh tenaga terapis yang telah berpengalaman di bidangnya.
Konsep pelayanan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini mengedepankan prinsip kesukarelaan. Artinya, masyarakat tidak diwajibkan membayar biaya tertentu untuk mendapatkan layanan terapi. Dengan konsep tersebut, semua warga dapat memperoleh akses kesehatan yang lebih mudah tanpa harus memikirkan beban biaya.
Sekretaris Desa Tambakrejo yang akrab disapa Mifta mengatakan bahwa kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang kesehatan. Menurutnya, terapi fisik yang diberikan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kondisi tubuh warga.
"Pemerintah desa Tambakrejo memberikan pelayanan Terapi Fisik (Fisioterapi) bertujuan untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri. Meningkatkan kekuatan, fleksibilitas, dan keseimbangan tubuh," ujar Mifta.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa kesehatan masyarakat menjadi salah satu perhatian pemerintah desa. Karena itu, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menghadirkan layanan yang dapat dirasakan manfaatnya secara langsung oleh warga.
Selain membantu mengurangi berbagai keluhan kesehatan, terapi fisik juga dinilai mampu meningkatkan kualitas aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat. Terutama bagi warga lanjut usia maupun mereka yang mengalami gangguan pada otot dan persendian.
Menurut Mifta, konsep layanan kesehatan dengan sistem sukarela dipilih agar seluruh lapisan masyarakat dapat mengakses layanan tersebut tanpa hambatan ekonomi. Dengan demikian, warga yang membutuhkan terapi dapat datang dan mendapatkan pelayanan secara nyaman.

Kegiatan bakti sosial ini dimulai sejak pukul 09.00 WIB dan berlangsung hingga seluruh pelayanan selesai diberikan kepada masyarakat. Antusiasme warga terlihat cukup tinggi sepanjang kegiatan berlangsung.
Berdasarkan data panitia, sebanyak 11 orang terapis diterjunkan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Mereka melayani berbagai kebutuhan terapi yang dipilih oleh peserta sesuai kondisi kesehatan masing-masing.
Jumlah warga yang memanfaatkan layanan tersebut juga cukup banyak. Tercatat sebanyak 76 pasien mengikuti kegiatan bakti sosial kesehatan ini. Mereka berasal dari berbagai kalangan usia, mulai dari orang dewasa hingga lanjut usia.
Salah seorang warga yang mengikuti kegiatan mengaku merasa terbantu dengan adanya layanan terapi gratis tersebut. Menurutnya, kesempatan seperti ini cukup jarang ditemukan karena biasanya layanan terapi alternatif memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit.
Selain memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan, kegiatan ini juga menjadi sarana mempererat hubungan antara pemerintah desa, organisasi kemasyarakatan, dan warga. Suasana kekeluargaan terlihat selama kegiatan berlangsung, dengan para peserta yang tampak antusias menunggu giliran terapi.
Melalui kegiatan bakti sosial ini, Pemerintah Desa Tambakrejo dan Tim Terapis Astagina bersama IKA PMII Wonodadi berharap masyarakat semakin peduli terhadap kesehatan. Mereka juga berharap kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan agar manfaatnya bisa dirasakan lebih luas oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Tulungagung, khususnya warga Desa Tambakrejo.
