JATIMTIMES – Pemerintah Kabupaten Jember terus mematangkan persiapan pelaksanaan Gerakan Migrasi Aman yang akan dihadiri Menteri Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (P2MI) Drs. Mukhtarudin pada 13–14 Juni 2026 mendatang. Komitmen tersebut diwujudkan melalui Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Persiapan Kegiatan Gerakan Migrasi Aman yang digelar pada Jumat, 5 (6/2026), di Aula Bawah Timur Sekretariat Kabupaten Jember.
Rakor tersebut dibuka oleh Asisten I Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jember dan dihadiri oleh berbagai unsur lintas sektor, di antaranya Staf Ahli Bupati, Polres Jember, Kodim 0824 Jember, perwakilan Kementerian P2MI, Sekretaris Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Kabupaten Jember Poerwahjoedi, S.E., M.M., Dinas Sosial PPPA, DPMD, Dinas Pendidikan, Disporaparbud, Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Satpol PP, DCKPLH, Danramil Patrang, Migrant Care/Desbumi, Bagian Prokopim dan Umum, Dishub, serta Diskop UMKM.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Drs. Selain membahas agenda kegiatan, rakor juga difokuskan pada pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) guna memastikan seluruh rangkaian acara berjalan lancar, aman, dan tertib.
“Rapat Koordinasi lintas sektor ini menjadi kunci utama untuk mensukseskan acara tersebut, terlebih Kabupaten Jember akan menjadi pilot project, dan kegiatan Gerakan Migrasi Aman ini, pertama kalinya di gelar,” ujar Hadi Mulyono.
Dengan persiapan yang matang dan kolaborasi seluruh pihak, kunjungan Menteri P2MI ke Kabupaten Jember diharapkan dapat berjalan sukses serta memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, khususnya dalam memperkuat pemahaman mengenai perlindungan pekerja migran Indonesia dan pentingnya migrasi yang aman serta bermartabat
Berdasarkan hasil rakor, kunjungan Menteri P2MI direncanakan dimulai pada Sabtu, 13 Juni 2026. Menteri dijadwalkan tiba melalui jalur udara menuju Surabaya sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan darat menuju Kabupaten Jember dengan menyesuaikan protokol dan agenda resmi kementerian.

Setibanya di Jember, Menteri P2MI dijadwalkan meninjau lokasi rencana Kantor BKPLN yang berada di kawasan Jember Sport Garden (JSG). Pada malam harinya, agenda akan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan Gala Dinner bersama unsur pemerintah daerah dan para pemangku kepentingan terkait.
Sementara itu, pada Minggu, 14 Juni 2026, kegiatan akan dipusatkan di kawasan Alun-Alun Jember. Agenda diawali dengan jalan sehat dan senam bersama masyarakat, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Sosialisasi Migrasi Aman yang akan dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri P2MI. Kegiatan tersebut juga direncanakan dihadiri oleh Gubernur Jawa Timur dan sejumlah pejabat daerah maupun pusat. (*)
