JATIMTIMES - Tiga pejabat utama Polresta Malang Kota resmi berganti dalam mutasi jabatan di Ballroom Sanika Satyawada Polresta Malang Kota, Jumat (29/5/2026). Pergantian jabatan pada posisi kepala bagian operasi (kabag ops), kabag sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan kepala satuan reserse narkoba (kasatresnarkoba) sebagai bagian dari penyegaran organisasi di lingkungan Polda Jawa Timur.

Pejabat baru yang mulai bertugas di Polresta Malang Kota yakni Kompol Baktiar Teguh Agus Widodo sebagai kabag SDM, Kompol Hendro Triwahyono sebagai kasatresnarkoba, dan AKP Rizki Julianda Putera Buna sebagai kabag ops.

Sementara pejabat lama yang mendapat penugasan baru yakni Kompol Wiwin Rusli yang kini menjabat wakapolres Probolinggo Kota, Kompol Daki Dzulqornain sebagai kabag ops Polres Trenggalek, dan AKBP Shofia Soegestie Mustary yang memasuki masa purnabakti.

Kapolresta Malang Kota Kombes Pol Putu Kholis Aryana mengatakan mutasi merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi untuk menjaga kesinambungan kinerja sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepolisian kepada masyarakat.

“Saya berharap pejabat baru mampu cepat beradaptasi dengan kultur masyarakat Malang Raya serta melanjutkan budaya kerja yang disiplin, profesional, dan humanis,” kata Putu Kholis.

Dalam arahannya, Putu Kholis menekankan pentingnya menjaga disiplin, soliditas, dan budaya evaluasi di lingkungan kepolisian. Menurut dia, kualitas pelayanan publik sangat dipengaruhi oleh sikap personel dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari.

“Budaya mau belajar, mau mendengar, dan mau memperbaiki diri harus terus dijaga. Jangan sampai kesalahan kecil menjadi kebiasaan yang menurunkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi,” imbuh mantan kapolres Malang ini.

Ia juga meminta pejabat baru segera menyesuaikan diri dengan karakter masyarakat Kota Malang yang dinamis dan terus berkembang agar pelayanan, perlindungan, serta pengayoman kepada masyarakat dapat berjalan maksimal.

Sementara itu, pejabat baru kabag SDM, Kompol Baktiar Teguh Widodo, mengaku siap melanjutkan budaya kerja profesional yang selama ini telah dibangun di Polresta Malang Kota.

“Kami menyadari masih harus banyak belajar dan menyesuaikan diri dengan kultur serta karakteristik wilayah Malang Raya. Serta menjalankan program-program yang telah disusun,” terang Baktiar.
