JATIMTIMES - Menjelang Hari Raya Idul Adha 1447 H, tingkat penjualan kambing anjlok. Hal ini dikatakan sejumlah pedagang hewan kurban di Lamongan yang mengaku baru bisa menjual belasan ekor kambing.
"Penjualan menurun dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Tapi gak tahu kalau besok (H-1). Karena ramai-ramainya biasanya belakangan," kata Liga Saputro, di tempat jualan kambingnya di Jalan Raya Tambakboyo, Kecamatan Tikung, Lamongan, Senin (25/5/2026).

Saat ini, masih menurut Liga Saputro, masih tiga belas ekor yang laku. "Termasuk yang dirumah juga sudah kejual," lanjutnya.
Senada, juga disampaikan Turkan, pedagang kambing di Jalan Sunan Drajat Lamongan yang mengatakan bahwa penurunan tersebut kemungkinan karena faktor ekonomi. "Kelihatannya memang menurun. Mungkin saja karena kondisinya saat ini sedang gak punya," ungkapnya.
Sementara untuk memastikan kesehatan serta kondisi hewan benar-benar layak untuk diperjualbelikan, disembelih dan nantinya dikonsumsi masyarakat, Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan (Disnakeswan) Lamongan melakukan monitoring ke sejumlah lapak penjual hewan kurban.
Kepala Disnakeswan Lamongan, Sofiah Nur Hayati mengungkapkan bahwa monitoring dilakukan serentak di seluruh kecamatan bagi lapak yang sudah diberi izin. "Dari puskeswan sudah berjalan semua untuk pemeriksaan lapak yang sudah dapat izin. Tujuanya untuk memastikan kondisi hewan," ujarnya.
