JATIMTIMES – Setelah melaksanakan program pemeriksaan kesehatan hewan di kandang peternak, pasar hewan dan di lapak penjualan hewan kurban,  Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Banyuwangi menggelar Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) dengan organisasi masyarakat (Ormas) Islam terkait Pelaksanaan Pemotongan Hewan Kurban. 

Kegiatan Rakor yang digelar sekitar sepekan menjelang Hari Raya Iduldaha 1447 H, dihadiri oleh dinas terkait dan organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) Islam di kabupaten yang ada di ujung timur Pulau Jawa ini  berlangsung di Aula Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Banyuwangi Kamis (21/5/2016).

Hadir dalam acara rakor tersebut antara lain; Kepala Kantor Kemenag Banyuwangi, Ketua FKUB, Ketua DMI, Sekretaris MUI, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, PCNU, PD Muhammadiyah, DPD LDII, PC Al Irsyad dan Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan sebagai tuan rumah serta beberapa undangan lain.

Kepala Bidang (Kabid)  Kesehatan Hewan dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Veteriner (Keswan Kesmavet), Drh. Nanang Sugiharto, yang menjadi salah satu nara sumber antara lain mengungkapkan  pentingnya semua pihak mendukung dan berpartisipasi aktif menjaga agar seluruh hewan kurban memenuhi kriteria Aman, Sehat, Utuh, dan Halal (Asuh). 

Pemerintah daerah berkomitmen penuh mengawal proses pelaksanaan korban tahun ini mulai  dari hulu sampai  ke hilir. "Kami menyiapkan 121 petugas lapangan yang siap membantu memeriksa kesehatan hewan kurban melalui pemeriksaan "ante mortem" atau  sebelum proses penyembelihan  maupun post mortem (pasca penyembelihan). Hal ini krusial untuk memastikan seluruh daging yang didistribusikan kepada masyarakat benar-benar aman dikonsumsi," ujar drh. Nanang.

Lebih lanjut dia mengimbau kepada seluruh pengurus ormas keagamaan dan panitia kurban agar memperhatikan aspek Kesejahteraan Hewan (Kesrawan) selama proses penanganan sebelum disembelih. 

Menurut drh. Nanang, beberapa poin teknis yang perlu diperhatikan antara lain;  tempat peristirahatan sementara hewan harus dipisahkan dari area penyembelihan, hewan kurban yang mengantre tidak boleh melihat proses penyembelihan hewan lainnya untuk mencegah stres dan lain sebagainya.
 
Dia menuturkan saat ini Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki 8 Rumah Pemotongan Hewan (RPH) yang siap digunakan. Apabila pihak masjid atau ormas keagamaan merasa fasilitas di lokasinya kurang memadai, disarankan untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas RPH tersebut.

Dia juga mengingatkan kepada para  panitia korban adanya larangan keras membuang limbah sisa pemotongan dan jeroan hewan kurban ke aliran sungai demi menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. 

Salah seorang peserta Rakor,  Wakil Ketua DPD LDII Kabupaten Banyuwangi  Eko Hariyono, menyatakan kehadirannya bersama ormas Islam lain  sebagai  salah satu bukti komitmen mereka  dalam mendukung regulasi pemerintah demi mewujudkan ibadah kurban yang higienis, sesuai syariat dan berwawasan lingkungan.

Ketua Pondok Pesantren Pelajar Mahasiswa (PPPM) Nurul Huda Banyuwangi tersebut mengapresiasi langkah pemerintah dan menyambut baik program  sosialisasi dan edukasi yang diberikan petugas dari Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Banyuwangi.

Menurut Eko, materi rapat koordinasi tahun ini sangat sejalan dengan instruksi yang selalu ditekankan di lingkungan LDII, mulai pusat, provinsi sampai dengan tingkat PC, PAC maupun  pondok pesantren binaan LDII untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.

Sebagai tindak lanjut acara  Rakor tersebut, jajaran pengurus LDII Banyuwangi berkomitmen penuh untuk berupaya maksimal menerapkan prinsip ASUH dalam pelaksanaan kurban  dan menjaga aspek Kesrawan di setiap titik pemotongan kurban.

"Kami akan instruksikan kepada seluruh panitia kurban keluarga besar LDII Banyuwangi, termasuk di Ponpes Nurul Huda, untuk memperketat kebersihan lantai, menyiapkan sarana air bersih yang cukup dan memastikan penanganan limbah dilakukan secara mandiri dengan  membuat lubang penampungan darah dan kotoran sehingga tidak mencemari lingkungan atau fasilitas umum," ujar Eko Hariyono.

Melalui komunikasi, koordinasi dan kolaborasi yang kuat antara pemerintah daerah, petugas veteriner, dan Ormas keagamaan seperti LDII, diharapkan pelaksanaan ibadah kurban di Kabupaten Banyuwangi tahun ini dapat berjalan dengan aman lancar, berkah, serta menjamin ketenteraman batin bagi masyarakat yang mengonsumsinya.
