JATIMTIMES - Menjelang gelombang pensiun ratusan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemkot Malang, Wali Kota Wahyu Hidayat mulai menyiapkan “bekal hidup” bagi para pegawai yang akan memasuki masa purnatugas.
Tak sekadar menyerahkan surat keputusan (SK) pensiun, Pemkot juga memberi pembekalan agar para ASN tak mengalami post-power syndrome setelah melepas jabatan.

Sepanjang Juni hingga Desember 2026, tercatat ada 190 ASN yang akan memasuki masa pensiun. Secara total, ASN Pemkot Malang yang pensiun sepanjang 2026 mencapai 358 orang.
“Pensiun ini hanya secara administratif saja ASN itu pensiun. Tetapi untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat saya harapkan tidak berhenti,” ujar Wahyu.
Menurutnya, para ASN senior masih bisa tetap berkontribusi di masyarakat melalui komunitas, organisasi sosial, hingga kelompok purnabakti. Bahkan, ia berharap para pensiunan tetap menjadi tempat konsultasi dan berbagi pengalaman bagi ASN aktif.
“Karena mereka sudah pengalaman. Jadi kalau ada teman-teman ASN yang konsultasi atau koordinasi, tetap bisa dilakukan,” tambahnya.
Dalam pembekalan tersebut, Pemkot Malang menggandeng sejumlah pihak mulai rumah sakit, Taspen hingga Bank Jatim. Materi yang diberikan berkaitan dengan kesehatan, pengelolaan dana pensiun, hingga kesiapan aktivitas setelah tidak lagi aktif sebagai ASN.
Sementara itu, Kepala BKPSDM Kota Malang Hendru Martono menjelaskan, dari total 358 ASN yang pensiun tahun ini, terdiri dari tiga pejabat eselon II, 47 pejabat administrator, 125 pelaksana, 145 pejabat fungsional guru maupun non-guru, serta 38 PPPK.

Beberapa pejabat tinggi yang akan memasuki masa pensiun antara lain Kepala Dispussipda Kota Malang dan Kepala Dishub Kota Malang. Sebelumnya, satu pejabat eselon II yakni staf ahli yang sempat menjabat Plt Bakesbangpol juga telah pensiun.
Selain itu, dua camat juga akan memasuki masa purnatugas tahun ini, yakni Camat Lowokwaru dan Camat Kedungkandang.
Hendru mengatakan, penyerahan SK pensiun sengaja dilakukan enam bulan sebelum masa pensiun agar ASN memiliki waktu mempersiapkan diri, termasuk pengurusan administrasi tabungan hari tua (THT) dan dana pensiun.
“Harapannya para ASN ini bisa menyiapkan diri, kemudian proses administrasi terkait THT dan tabungan pensiun juga bisa tepat waktu,” jelasnya.
