Akses Jalan Malang-Lumajang Tertimbun Longsor

JATIMTIMES - Bencana tanah longsor terjadi di Desa Tirtomoyo, Kecamatan Ampelgading, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur pada Jumat (15/5/2026). Akibatnya, akses lalu lintas pada jalan provinsi yang menghubungkan Malang-Lumajang terhambat lantaran tertimbun material longsor selebar puluhan meter.

Peristiwa longsor tersebut juga sempat viral dan beredar di sejumlah WhatsApp Grup. Berdasarkan dokumentasi yang dihimpun JatimTIMES, nampak material longsor yang menutup separuh badan jalan tersebut berasal dari tebing yang ada di sekitar lokasi kejadian.

Di sisi lain, beberapa personel gabungan yang juga turut melibatkan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), juga telah mendatangi lokasi guna melakukan penanganan pasca longsor. Penanggulangan longsor pada saat itu juga turut menggunakan sejumlah peralatan penunjang seperti sekop, cangkul, hingga gerobak dorong pengangkut pasir.

Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Kedaruratan dan Logistik BPBD Kabupaten Malang Sadono Irawan mengatakan, musibah longsor tersebut terjadi pada Jumat (15/5/2026) dini hari. "Tim telah ke lokasi dan berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait untuk pendataan dan penanganan," ujarnya.

Berdasarkan pendataan BPBD Kabupaten Malang, musibah longsor diduga disebabkan karena intensitas hujan yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Ampelgading dan sekitarnya sejak Kamis (14/5/2026) hingga Jumat (15/5/2026). Yakni pada pukul 21.00 WIB sampai pukul 07.00 WIB di keesokan harinya.

"Hujan yang diperkirakan terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Ampelgading selama 10 jam tersebut, kemudian menyebabkan tanah longsor sepanjang kurang lebih empat meter dengan lebar 10 meter," imbuhnya.

Musibah longsor itulah yang kemudian turut berdampak pada tertutupnya akses jalan provinsi yang menghubungkan Malang-Lumajang tersebut. "Terkait perkiraan kerugian materiil masih dalam pendataan, nihil korban jiwa dalam peristiwa tersebut," imbuhnya.

Sementara itu, penanganan musibah longsor tersebut juga turut melibatkan sejumlah personel gabungan. Yakni mulai dari unsur BPBD dan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang, Forkopimcam Ampelgading, Perangkat Desa Tirtomoyo, para relawan dan masyarakat sekitar.

Dari laporan terbaru yang dihimpun JatimTIMES, menjelang Jumat (15/5/2026) sore, material longsor yang semula menimbun akses jalan telah berhasil dibersihkan. "Kondisi saat ini, akses jalan sudah bisa kembali dilalui untuk kendaraan R2 (roda dua) maupun R4 (roda empat)," pungkasnya.
