JATIMTIMES - Polisi masih memburu pelaku dugaan aksi getok parkir yang viral di kawasan Kayutangan Heritage, Kota Malang. Hingga kini, pelaku yang diduga mematok tarif parkir hingga Rp 25 ribu kepada wisatawan tersebut belum berhasil diamankan.

Kasat Samapta Polresta Malang Kota, Yoyok Ucuk Suyono mengatakan, proses penyelidikan terus dilakukan dengan menggali keterangan sejumlah saksi di lokasi kejadian. “Iya, masih belum (belum tertangkap),” kata Yoyok.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan sementara, polisi menemukan fakta bahwa pelaku bukan merupakan juru parkir resmi yang bertugas di kawasan Jalan Basuki Rahmat atau Kayutangan Heritage. Pelaku disebut hanya datang untuk menemui rekannya yang bekerja sebagai jukir di area tersebut.

“Dia (pelaku) bukan petugas parkir asli situ. Informasi dari temannya, dia itu lagi main di situ kemudian menarik tarif parkir sedemikan besarnya,” jelasnya.

Pihaknya juga mendalami kemungkinan adanya aksi serupa yang pernah dilakukan pelaku sebelumnya. Namun berdasarkan keterangan awal para saksi, pelaku diduga baru sekali menjalankan aksinya.

“Informasi yang kami dapat baru sekali beraksi. Namun tentunya, ini masih kami dalami karena pelaku belum tertangkap,” tambah Yoyok.

Sementara itu, Kasi Humas Polresta Malang Kota, Lukman Sobikhin memastikan tim kepolisian masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku. “Iya, masih diburu. Anggota masih melakukan penyelidikan,” ucap Lukman.

Sedang, kasus ini mencuat setelah video dan keluhan wisatawan terkait tarif parkir tidak wajar di Kayutangan Heritage viral di media sosial. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada Sabtu, 25 April 2026.

Korban diketahui merupakan wisatawan yang membawa kendaraan minibus Toyota Hiace. Saat memarkir kendaraan di kawasan wisata tersebut, korban diminta membayar tarif parkir sebesar Rp 25 ribu. Tidak hanya itu, korban juga tidak menerima karcis resmi, melainkan hanya kuitansi sebagai bukti pembayaran parkir.
